Hélène's place is really ideal. It is very well located near the train station (5 min walk), on a really very quiet street and little traffic. It also allows quick access to the university and the city center and therefore to the cultural life of Rouen. The accommodation itself is very well-decorated, very functional and with all the utensils you need if you want to cook. Hélène's welcome is not to be outdone, she is very warm and receives with a smile which is pleasant when we spent a long time on the train. She also gives advice on convenience stores, which is very helpful when you don't know the surroundings. In addition, Hélène is very responsive if we have any questions and if we need her. I would therefore warmly recommend this listing.

The little house was perfect. I stayed there for a month and had everything I needed. Its a quiet neighbourhood, close to a bakery and the punlic transport that brings you to the city center. The kitchen has everything you need.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, ideally located and close to the metro-bus to get to the center of Rouen. Guillaume warmly welcomed us into his home and was attentive throughout the stay. to be recommended without hesitation.
