Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay in Jochen's apartment! The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood, with restaurants nearby. It was the ideal spot to discover Rome.

We had a great stay at Luca's place. It was clean and tidy, exactly as listed and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, on a small square with cafe / bar and restaurants, easy walk to Campo de' Fiori and Trastevere and not far from the sights of Rome. We appreciated Luca's flexibility for our check in / our arrangements.

First and foremost, we had a great time at the apartment and in Rome. We were a couple traveling for our first time to the city. Arrival was good, Celeste was super responsive and helped us check in smoothly 😁 The apartment's location is superb - walking distance from a lot of good restaurants and attractions. There's a bus stop and a supermarket right next to the house which is really convenient. We cooked a couple of times at the apartment and the supplied utensils and appliances were good, though the kitchen is a bit small if you're planning on cooking big meals. Something to note: Hot water in the shower may run out after a few minutes, from there the water kinda becomes lukewarm. Not a super big deal though cause the apartment is very well heated. Also, Celeste was super responsive and kind about this, and even sent a handyman to check out the water heater 👑 All in all I would totally recommend Celeste's place. I can't state enough how perfect the location of the apartment was

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

Alessandro and his wife are two young people, very nice, and very helpful. The apartment is located in an apartment building surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean paths, equipped with all the comforts, as indicated in the proposal , cozy, and it is like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if needed, a care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with politeness, familiarity and courtesy, in a few words, very well. We highly recommend everyone to be able to use this apartment for a stay in Rome. I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

It was very good to come back after a day of sightseeing. for our next stay in Rome, we'd love to stay here again 😁

Great flat in a great location. Gianmarco and Christina were lovely hosts, ensuring that we arrived safely in the middle of the night. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight - I'd strongly recommend a soak in the hot tub at sunset!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

great location! Clean and very well cared for inside you can also find a basket with toys to let the little ones spend time with the family! Maybe the only thing to review would be the internal staircase that I find a little dangerous, if you have children but just that you are more careful and nothing happens! Of course this does not change the fact that we had a great time! The Jacuzzi is always warm and ready for use, we will definitely be back!

We felt so at home that we extended our stay. Comfy bed, friendly hosts, stunning view. Truly the perfect AirBnB.

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Most magical place in Rome. Perfect if you want a peaceful getaway inside Rome. The house fell like something out of history book and the art inside was also beautiful. Loved every detail that Svilena has put in the house, you can really see that this place is so well taken care of. Everything was spotless and so cozy and it really sets itself apart from other Airbnb’s as it felt like an actual home. Svilena was very responsive and the communication through out the stay was smooth and easy. <3

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.
