Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Lazio

First time in Rome and the experience we had was amazing!!! Thea was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave us a detailed update on how to get around the city, which has nice food and what to visit in these 3 days we stayed at her place. The space is just like in the photo clean and comfortable, right on the door of the house there is a bus stop that served us incredibly with our transportation! No doubt the hospitality was great!!

Carlo is amazing host, place was clean and cozy, bed was very comfortable and enviroment was quiet, amazing for good vacation ❤️

It's the best place I've ever stayed in all of Europe. Being there was like a dream. Everything was beautiful and super comfortable, the room, the bathroom, Andrea's attention in leaving us breakfast in the mornings or food in the afternoon and soft drinks. I felt right at home. It's the best place. I'll definitely be back but for longer. Thanks Andrea!!

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

We were greeted with great kindness by Stefania's mother, before the scheduled check-in time which allowed us to put down our two large backpacks. Communication with Stefania, thereafter, for information, was very friendly and efficient. The extremely clean accommodation is particularly well located, very close to the old center of the beautiful city of Tarquinia. Breakfast provisions are very generous and the accommodation is nice... In summary: lots of positives!

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!

Paolo is a really helpful and courteous host. The room is true to photos and description. The area is very lively, full of activities, with a bus stop just a few steps away and a metro stop 8 minutes away on foot. We were two girls traveling and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely contact Paolo again for our next trips to Rome.

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is very easy – it’s on Metro Line A, and you can also reach the Colosseum comfortably by taking Bus 85. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Marco is incredibly kind and welcoming—he prepared breakfast in advance each day and always made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply out of this world: all fresh ingredients (eggs collected directly from their hen house!). Super recommended!

Stayed for 6 nights with Diane. We were exploring the area and the Gran Sasso. Excellent location in the old city of Penne with access to all amenities within walking distance. Diane was a very friendly and helpful host. The property has a very private and lovely terrace with a view which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Gianluca was really helpful and welcoming. He gave us a lot of information on what to visit in the surroundings, restaurants, and also great in the description of how to get to the house from the station. The house was very clean and very tidy, with many amenities (well-stocked breakfast). we were very happy with the experience. i highly recommend it and we will definitely come back to him if we need to sleep in the area.

Silvia’s and Francesco’s place was wonderful - piece of heaven on top of the hill, quiet area, brilliant garden and magical views. Whole house and our room was very cozy, we felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Style of the room/house/garden is unique. We got many recommendations from Silvia where to go, places to visit, where to eat etc. We had a nice conversation at the breakfast table and also in the garden during the sunset. We booked Silvia’s place for the last 2 days of our Italy trip to explore some places near Rome and we had early flight from Ciampino Airport, and the house is only 30min from that. To be honest we have loved to stay there longer because the place was perfect and Silvia & Francesco was such a nice and warm hosts. We definately suggest that place when you are looking for peaceful and relaxing place to stay near Rome (by the way - the view in the evening from room and balcony to the lights of Rome was just incredible)
