We stayed here for F1. It was perfect. Theron was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again and suggest it for friends and family. Very spacous and close to the strip! Had everything we needed. Loved that parking was covered too.

Will definitely stay here again. We need a place with 2 bedrooms because we have young kids that go to bed early, and we need a space away from them. This was like having 2 connected 1-bedroom apartments and it was great! (Must confirm with host about rooms being connected) We even used the smaller living room as a 3rd bedroom. The shopping/dining plaza downstairs has everything you need, so convenient!

This location is super convenient for anyone visiting the Sphere or the strip - walking distance to both and you have the best view of the sphere from the property! We lucked out and had a clear view of it from our rooms/balcony. It’s also only 15 minutes from the airport and taxis are very reasonable. The rooms had everything we needed and the host was extremely responsive, both leading up to and throughout our stay. There are 5 small pools on property, a restaurant, some live music, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Vegas!

I had a generally positive experience during my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and communicated well, which made the whole process smooth. The room was very clean and had most of the essentials provided. The amenities, including the sauna, pool, and free towels, were a great addition. Additionally, the shuttle bus to Horseshoe was very convenient. However, there were a few drawbacks. The connecting door made it a bit noisy as sounds from the adjacent room were audible. Room cleaning service was not free, which was a bit disappointing. The real estate pitches at the front desk were quite bothersome. Overall, I had a very good experience and was quite satisfied with my stay!

The place was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It suited all our needs perfectly. Williams was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Cute, clean, quiet, perfect for a quick trip. The view was beautiful in the morning. The bed was cozy & the room was dark at night. I liked having the Palms and the Palms Place amenities available. A quick 5-10min cab ride to the strip. I wish the patio door was openable, even if only by a crack, because the room had no operating windows. I’d happily stay here again.

The suite was clean and comfortable. While we were told the balcony had a view of the Sphere, it does not. The bedroom has a sphere view but the balcony does not. The suite is spacious and very comfortable. It’s convenient for us to take the monorail to various places along the strip. Would definitely stay in the suite again.

Easy to check in and front desk staff were friendly. The place was exactly as described and while we didn’t spend too much time there, it was exactly what we needed.

This property was awesome! Perfect for our quick trip to Vegas. The staff was super friendly. The property is big, but they have staff with golf carts to take you around. The area is walkable to the backside of the Linq, Flamingo and the Sphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, Ron was helpful with a small mistake I made, but he fixed it with the front desk for us. Hotel security required required us to allow them to come in every day for inspections for the Formula 1 event to make sure nobody was planning another shooting, which isn’t anyone’s fault. Otherwise it was quiet and undisturbed. If you have light sleepers using pull out couch, just be aware that stronger winds makes the sliding balcony door buzz pretty loudly. If you crack the door it goes away, but then the jets taking off are louder. Very minor issue IMO. I would stay here again for sure.

Ariel’s place was just as beautiful as in the pictures. It was very clean inside. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I stepped foot inside. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area again in the future. Thank you Ariel, I enjoyed my stay!

Patricia’s suite was perfect. Tower 3 is a haven of peace after the craziness of the strip! Valet parking was fast & efficient with great hotel staff. The suite is on level 3, near the lobby lifts, so getting to your room & collecting your car is fast & efficient. After a busy trip that took in San Francisco, the East Coast Highway, LA & finally Las Vegas, we were ready for a bit of relaxation as well as fun! The whirlpool bath in Patricia’s huge bathroom was amazing and took away all our aches & pains, after days of walking & sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic for breakfast and I even managed a three course dinner for four on our last night. The full size fridge, oven, hob & microwave were all great & Patricia has thought of everything you might need. In October, one of the 3 Signature pools was open and you also get use of the MGM Grand pool with its lazy river. All in all a great trip with a fantastic suite & a responsive helpful host. Thank you!
