Condo vacation rentals in Las Vegas

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

First time in an AIRBNB IN VEGAS . This place exceeded my expectations with our stay for a soccer tournament. The host gave clear instructions on check in, making our arrival very smooth and easy. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed, as well as a a quick prompt response from the hostess with any of our questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Vegas and would for sure be staying here again for the next time we are in town.

Great location in the middle of everything. The valet parking was such a nice addition and you’re attached to Top Golf and one of the best casinos on The Strip

Markus's 2BR condo was exactly as advertised. Pros: - Great location close to the Strip, including Rio, Palms, and Chinatown restaurants - Security -- have to get through security gate - Markus was very responsive --- the washer didn't work initially but Markus responded quickly and had it fixed that same day. - The place was clean and generally had everything you needed - The price was appropriate for what you receive Cons: - A little hard to find the unit, especially at night when it's dark. It would have been helpful to provide initial instructions (e.g., "Once you go through security, drive straight through the parking lot and the M building is behind the E building..." - The unit, including fixtures and appliances, is a little outdated. Overall, a good deal for what you get, and Markus was responsive!

This was a fantastic place to stay with my 3 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a couple of long busy days. It was great to be able to get away from the hectic pace of the strip.

Last minute staycation and this was the perfect spot. Super responsive hosts, very clean and super private. Can’t wait to book again.

Ashleigh’s place was phenomenal, from check in to check out, we had no issues at all and would definitely stay again. The views were great from the balcony, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was nice and convenient. Everything was accurately portrayed. Ashleigh was also super accommodating and easy to reach through our trip.

Hosts were great communicators and responded quickly to questions. They reached out to check in and make sure everything was good. Easy contactless check in and check out. Quick uber ride to a lot of attractions. Huge bathtub if you’re into that. Overall good value for the price. Just make sure you are at the right building before you walk up the 3 flights of stairs with all your bags!

Very clean, nice and comfortable place. Looked exactly like the pictures, had a really nice stay.

I’ve rented many different places so here’s what I look for in a review: Beds: comfortable. I did not wake up with back pain. Extra bedding for couch is in the couch. Pillow for couch is in master closet. Comfy pillows. ( I like weight on my bed, I wish I brought a blanket with me) Kitchen: everything you need. (Electric stove) provided soap for dishes and dishwasher. Sponge. And a kitchen towel. Toaster and drip coffee maker and microwave. Bathrooms: 2 towels in each 2 washcloths in each 1 hand towel in each. All areas of the house were clean. The only problem was when I walked on the floor barefoot or in socks, my feet turned black. Remember when you rent an AirBNB, they are not perfect. This one was definitely one of the better ones when comparing the description and pictures to the real thing. Hosts were very quick to communicate even before I rented their place. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the view was just amazing. The view alone makes up for everything else. It was pretty quiet. We never heard anyone else around us. We came to Las Vegas Vegas to get married. This is my second time staying at the Palms Place. Both times were a great experience. It's the perfect location off strip if you're not for all the chaos of being right on the strip. Free parking in the parking garage is definitely a nice feature& being able to walk directly over to the casino and hotel from inside. Now that the new hotel is completed, it would be nice to see Palms place get some upgrades to the rooms by replacing dated decor or personal use items like the blowdryers / iorns/ kitchen supplies/ bedding. We did purchase some things that we left behind for future guests. All in all, though I would stay here again and again

Went flawlessly. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early. Good clean area. Zero complaints and will most likely find this again for the next visit to Vegas.

Had a great, comfortable stay in Aj’s clean home. The place was dark inside with the blinds closed for great sleeping into the late morning. Lots of nature light when the blinds are opened. I felt very safe and secure in the gated community. Lots of good food and coffee nearby. Im glad i stayed at Aj’s place over a casino hotel.

The unit was spotless and well maintained. Had a great view of the strip skyline. Communication from the host was more than acceptable. SB Luxe is now at the top of my list going forward for my Vegas trips and Cancun Resort is a must.

Randal did a great job giving us instructions on how to get into the condo and he responded very quickly! The room was spacious and very clean besides some small things! Would recommend!!

Overall, such a great experience for a short stay in Las Vegas. The location of the resort was perfect, as it was walking distance from all the cool places to go to on the strip and the buses transporting people to and from CES. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful, proactive, and responsive, which made some difficulties that arose at the end of the trip (airline troubles) less painful than they could have been. Would highly recommend this place and this host!

Awesome place, right in the heart of everything and great amenities !

The host was so responsive and was able to take care of some minor issues like the curtain stuck and not moving up or down or bathroom needing soap. I was amazed by the speed at which he took care of the issues. The location is great - right on The Strip, you couldn't ask for more. Will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend this place.
