This is the cleanest air b/b we have stayed in Morocco, bedding was all clean! Comfy beds and everything worked in the apartment! The only sea view was from the top terrace, which was very nice, lovely sunrise and sunsets, we had afternoon tea and a game of cards up there. It was chilly at night and asked for a heater,that Taha supplied for us! Both Taha and Marata were very helpful,especially helping us up the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage! Because we are old we very much appreciated it, lovely area, everyone very friendly.

The house is beautiful, with architecture that perfectly blends with the natural setting and panoramic views of the mountains and the forest landscape. Access is easy on a paved road from the RN2 A very helpful host and always attentive. Everything is clean with ancestral furnishings. A good nice pool in the summer Franchise is among the most peaceful places in the chefchaouen area We'll probably be back someday ❤️

This place is really amazing. Despite I was out of season the sea was still warm, and the surroundings is worth to go for a walk. It was fully equiped, with a good kitchen and cozy bedroom. Somebody wrote that matras is too tough, but for me it was okay. The only problem I had - is the groceries, because if you want vegetables and fruits you can find it only in Fnideq, but not in neiborghoud (though, the little shop with some basics works 24 hours). But for me it didn't really matter because of a peaceful place, friendly stuff with a cute dog, and sunrise beach. Really good place to spend some vacation with family or to work in solitude.

It is no wonder Yassir is a Superhost! I couldn't have been happier with my stay here. We only had fragments of language in common, but communication online or in person was easy, and replies were rapid. He picked me up in the centre and drove me to the apartment. It's in a lovely, quiet area. Yassir and his family live next door, which is ideal for a solo female traveller. All you hear is birdsong, the sea, and children playing in the street. I don't think I've ever been in a cleaner house - I think my mum and Yassir's mum would get on well! There's a supermarket and bakery a few minutes' walk away, and it's about 15 minutes walk to the market and restaurants in the village. If you swim, it's ideal - the beach is about two minutes' away. I loved Oued Laou out of season, it was just perfect. Such a peaceful place, such lovely, kind people. If you're coming this way, do not hesitate to book one of Yassir's properties. Shukran hoya!
