This place was quaint and cozy with enough space to never feel cramped. We visited during winter so the hot tub was a must! Looking out at the frozen over river was really beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with spices we needed! I loved the Bear themed items and the overall feel of the cottage! It was a perfect stay!

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. It was clean, it was spacious, it matched the description, it had everything we needed, great view of the lake, comfy beds, and much more. Our family came for our Christmas vacation and there was a Christmas tree! Which should tell you everything you need to know about this home. When you stay in a house with 10 people you worry about the boiler being able to keep up, the kitchen and comfy beds. All 10/10. The kids loved it, the adults loved it! The views were 10/10. Again, one of the cleanest homes we've ever stayed in. Pro Tip: Book asap

Carolyn was the absolute best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. The property is beautiful, pet-friendly, and makes you feel as if you’re at your home away from home. Carolyn is responsive, kind, and overall amazing! We cannot wait to come back to Fort Collins, and we will 100% be booking this same AirBnB if it is available.

This home was perfect for our family! There was enough privacy as well as wonderful open areas for board games and relaxing. I appreciated how clean the property was and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication with Amy was easy and quick. Very happy with this home!

The condo was comfortable and the views were gorgeous. It was clean but a little bit dated in the bathroom and the vent in the kitchen needs a major dusting. Also the screen on the slider needs to be replaced otherwise the place was great. Very relaxing and peaceful

Very much enjoyed a weekend stay at this home! As listed, it had beautiful views and great stargazing. The hot tub is in great condition and wonderful to soak in. The backyard is well-fenced for bringing a furry friend. Very comfortable overall! Frankie the kitty rules this roost! She is a sweetheart that keeps to herself. There is some wind exposure at this location, but the house is built like a brick and didn’t shudder a bit, and the patio wall makes the hot tub perfectly pleasant regardless of weather.

this was our second stay at Gregg and Cindi's place and it was awesome. we got to see so many deer out of the back door and the location so close to the park and downtown can't be beat. the house is decorated so nicely and the amenities in there have me convinced theyve thought of everything!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds and lovely decor. Overall a fabulous stay. We found out that even thoug it sleeps 11, any guests over 6 are charged $50 / night (per person, per night). We rented a larger AirBnb because we thought we would have more guests for our son’s college graduation but ended up only having 5 guests due to a family emergency. Across the street construction started at 7:15 on a Friday morning, FYI. Certainly not the owners’ fault, but something to know for awhile, as we had hoped for a little more rest since arriving late the night before. The house was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a few snacks upon arrival. Cozy living rooms (2) with blankets, and overall super clean and lovely!!
