Monthly Rentals in Lake Virginia

Georgiana and Adrian’s space has been a fantastic place to stay over the past several months. The space is as described as well as the convenience and area in which it is in. Winter Park has a lot to offer in terms of places to go and things to do. As for the space, the updated finishes makes it feel like a hotel room. There is a great mutual respect for privacy while at the same time immediate responsiveness should something be needed. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a month and had a great experience thanks to Valerie! This is a guest suite that is part of a private residence, but it still felt very private and friendly. For a smaller space, it offered more than enough and did not feel small. I was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the unit was — essentials, utensils, and other thoughtful touches. The center of the mattress started sagging towards the end of my stay, but this might’ve been simply fixed with readjusting/moving it or the bedframe (and to be fair I didn’t try to because it was so slight). The area was quiet, full of peacocks, and even though the neighborhood was darker at night it still always felt safe. Parking was easy, with space in the driveway right in front of the unit, easily fitting both our cars. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I absolutely loved staying at Wendy’s place. The lake view is astonishing and waking up every day to that was a treat. The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to lots of nice places in Orlando. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Orlando.

Upon check in, there were a few hiccups, nothing major, but I brought it to Jaycelle's attention and she was so quick to respond and went above and beyond to make things right. I have never had someone take care of us the way she did, her kindness is out of this world. She is a fantastic host and she really made our stay special. Not to mention, the place is extremely cozy and cute, it has everything you need for a nice trip! (and the bed is super comfy best sleep of my life)
