Monthly Rentals in Lake Temescal

We stayed in this studio for 1.5 months and had a wonderful experience. It’s located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, perfect for a long-term stay. While the studio is small, it is well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. Patricia was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer our questions. The location is great: about a 20–30 minute walk to the BART station and shops, with a lovely park within walking distance as well. We would recommend having a car to explore the beautiful spots in the area more easily. The private outdoor space was a fantastic bonus, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. This is one of the nicest spaces I’ve stayed in. Best view to wake up to every morning, I wish I could have stayed longer and definitely plan on coming back. I was able to drive into the city every day within 30 minutes! Thank you Kathy!

I stayed here for a week with my dog and it was great. Parking was easy and the location was ideal. Everything was as described and Daiva was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

Stayed 6 weeks here. The place was quiet and peaceful, beautiful garden. There was plenty of space for our dog Freddy to roam around. Also conveniently located to access to freeway, groceries and restaurants. Inside is very cozy, up to date and clean. Tina was a fantastic host. She checked in regularly to make sure I was doing good and answer any questions I had promptly. Overall 5/5 experience, definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet dog friendly space in Oakland.
