Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Superior

This lakefront Airbnb was incredible! The home was not only beautiful but also thoughtfully set up to enjoy everything the lake has to offer. After a full day of cycling and hiking, relaxing in the sauna was just what we needed. The views from the property were amazing, and we had easy access to nearby trails and activities. Every detail was perfect, from the cozy interior to the peaceful setting right by the water. This stay exceeded all our expectations – can’t wait to come back. We’ll bring the boat next time!

This place is phenomenal! No neighbors so it is extremely quiet. The windows provide wide open views of the trees and wildlife. We had eight people and there was plenty of room, no one felt on top of the others. Super close to UTV trails which was why we were there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home. Everything was very nice and comfortable. We walked to the restaurant to eat and to check out other shops too. We were there for a hockey tournament and it was so nice to be so close to it that we could walk. We would definitely stay again.

This place could not have been better. It was located close to MTU, was far enough from the main road to be peaceful, was clean, had a snow cleared driveway and walkway to the house, and was warm. We would definitely stay here again.

“Home Away From Home” is an accurate description. Upon walking in we felt right at home. The house is cozy and charming, and Lori made it such a welcoming space for our Christmas stay. With my siblings and in-laws visiting my parents, we can’t all fit in my parents’ house. We needed the space and this was perfect. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future. Lori was great about communicating and responding. Overall, a great host and a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming home in a quiet and accessible neighborhood. 10/10.

If this place is open for your intended weekend, don’t hesitate. Great location, adaptable to both ski and snowmobile equipment, close to everything. Could absolutely see this as a great family place. Highly recommend!

Favorite place to stay!

We stayed at this property to ride the ATV trail system. You could not ask for a better location to the system. Easy to get to the trails, and access to two great loops to ride.

The Delta Den was small but very comfortable. Pam had the kitchen well stocked for a rental. She responded very quickly and was easy to deal with. We enjoyed staying there.

Barbara's place was very nice and within walking distance to a number of different restaurants and parks. It was clean and she provided a list of recommended places and things to go and see. She was also very prompt and responsive to messages and made sure to check in part way through our stay to see if we needed anything.

Tony was incredibly responsive and professional

We were in the area to visit the porcupine mountains and Joseph's basement apartment worked great. We were about 30 minutes from the western tip of the park. We packed a lunch and spent our days in the mountains. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for making meals along with various travel brochures for options of what to do in the area.

We place many medical students for housing across the U.P. Here's what our student commented: "By far the best air bnb I've stayed at in the UP."!

I stayed for a week and enjoyed the area. It was only an hour from Munising where I had planned a bunch of activities. The place was bigger than the pictures and had everything I needed to cook for the week. Had a little issue initially connecting to the internet but Pam was responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again if I’m in the area.

Best equipped abnb have ever stayed in, much more than the basics; everything you could want or need has been provided. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice building.

Very enjoyable peaceful atmosphere with host and other guests. Nice walking trails on the property. Excellent hot and tasty breakfast. Homemade pastries were a pleasant touch. The hot tub was the best hot tub. Beds were nice and comfy. Other guests were quiet and did not disturb. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jacqueline was an amazing host and I would recommend this to anyone! She made us feel super comfortable, welcomed and at home. She had wrote a list of waterfalls for us to visit and in a specific order. Breakfast every morning was amazing and she even made cakes and desserts every night! I could not have asked for a better stay. If you are even on this page checking her out, just book it!! You won’t regret it. Super sweet lady and beautiful home. The Garden Grove Airbnb was a perfect place to stay the night after spending all day enjoying Fayette Historic State Park. Our room and the shared bathroom all were well-equipped and clean. The surroundings were very quiet allowing for a great night sleep prior to our long trip home. Our room on the third floor had AC which was needed even on a relatively cool day. For Verizon users, cell service was very limited so have your check-in instructions saved off prior to arriving.

Charming 140 year old house. The breakfast and bakery down stairs was the real 5 star.

Hard to write a review for a place that is see it to believe it. Everything blew away my expectations even with the photos and I will for sure be back again…and again…and again!

Charming place, chuck full of history and steps from a gorgeous state park. Sheets were soft, the bed comfortable, the staff welcoming and the breakfast great.

We came to the Keweenaw hoping to see the Northern Lights, but we missed them by a week. However, our trip was memorable anyway, largely because of Kathy's hospitality and her knowledge of the area. The 'light breakfast' was the perfect way to start our days of exploring the history and natural beauty of the peninsula. Kathy provided a map, which was continually useful. The bed is really comfortable, the night is incredibly quiet and dark. We slept very well. It's useful to know that cell service is sparse in the area, so the roadmap is extra useful when you're out and about. And it's not a bad idea to arrive with a full tank of gas because there's not a station around every bend. (Or grocery store. Or restaurant, for that matter.) Again, this is where Kathy's expertise and local knowledge is invaluable. One thing I'd recommend: walk across the street and onto the bridge over the Eagle River and watch the water flow into Lake Superior. If you want a place to relax, this is it.

Very comfortable and private space. We slept so well! The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and the freshly made to-go snack was so appreciated. The space is great, and the bathroom is nice. We didn't get much cell service, and the wifi was spotty in our room, but that didn't really impact our stay, but something to know if that's important to you.
