Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Havasu City

We stayed here for a family reunion at the lake and appreciated having our own space to relax and prepare food for the event. Upon arrival, we received a code for entry, and the house was clean and ready for us to enjoy, especially the pool, which was perfect for the 100-degree weather. There were plenty of towels for both showers and pool time, and we appreciated the Keurig machine with coffee pods. The pantry also had a few useful items. The only downside was that we were informed of construction on the premises just one day before check-in. While there was no construction during our stay, the side gates were left completely open due to the ongoing work and couldn't be closed. Overall, it was a great stay!

We absolutely enojoyed our stay. Kassandra and Cory are great hosts and their home is really beaufitful (exceeded our expectations!) and clean! We will come back again!

One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. The interior was spotless and perfectly arranged, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere. The rooftop access offered breathtaking views, such a quiet and peaceful retreat! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We feel so blessed to have spent a month here, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Lake Havasu. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

David’s place appears to have been redone recently, all nice, fresh, and clean. While the space was tighter than we expected it does look just like the pictures. Lots of great amenities, and well stocked. Great sunset view from the deck, and a short walk to the water. David was also very responsive as we had several questions during our stay. Very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

We go to Havasu every summer to spend a few months there with family and friends. Franks place was absolutely perfect. 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful pool and spa for those long summer nights. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very private. Frank was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend his place to anyone and he welcomes pets which made it the perfect choice for us.

Rich & Lisa's home was exceptional! It was spacious, well-appointed, immaculate, equipped with anything needed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu City and would not hesitate to recommend Rich & Lisa's home.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property and everything was perfect ! We were provided with all the information we needed. The Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and backyard ( heated pool & jacuzzi) are excellent. Location of house is incredible with a lake view. Everything is clean, organized and home decor is cozy, warm and welcoming This make our family vacation comfortable and memorable. Thanks Jennifer and Austin for a wonderful weekend. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great house for a weekend away at the lake! We appreciated the space, cleanliness, and well-stocked kitchen. Loved the patios that are perfectly positioned to watch sunrise and sunset!

We really loved our stay! The amenities were the cherry on the cake to this beautiful house. From the pool to the putting green, axe throwing and other games. This place is impossible not to have a blast at. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen was fabulous. Gina made everything super easy and we all had a great weekend. Our family would definitely stay again if it’s available for one of our return trips!

This was our 2nd stay here. The pool was super clean and refreshing. The game room kept us all happy with plenty of friendly competition. This place has everything we need! The little office is a plus for us self-employed types who don’t get a day off!! Stacey was super responsive and helpful! Love this place! Will be back!

New home, nicely decorated with a kitchen for use during your stay. A new pool is under construction and will be a great addition to the backyard and the view.

The house is perfect for my birthday! The aesthetic of the house is beautiful, every detail and design, they did a good job building it. A dream house for a bachelor like me. Renting a boat and jetski from them is also a great and fun experience! My family and friends enjoyed my birthday weekend. Communication is good. Dillon assisted as during our stay and he was good. Needed to checkout early, so it was nice of them to give me a credit for a day on my next trip. So till the next trip then.

Daynas place was a great place super clean and had everything needed for our stay ! my family had a great time and would defenetly recommend it to anyone and I would defenetly rent again from dayna

Ryans spot was nice and clean, it’s just as advertised and I’d happily stay here again. Living room is large, Master bed room is huge, second room with 1 bed is big, third room with 4 beds is averaged size. Thank you for opening your home!

We had a great time at Buck’s property! The house was beautiful and he had the AC running for us before we even arrived! I would absolutely stay here again!

Don and Laurie are awesome hosts, and their place is fabulous. It is beautiful, warm and inviting. Except for making meals, we spent the bulk of our time outside enjoying the backyard and all that it had to offer. It is definitely a backyard paradise, just like the pictures. It was a perfect getaway destination for an "old" girls trip. We will definitely return and would definitely recommend. Pam

Was a great trip, the house has everything you could need to make your trip as easy going as possible. The ice chest outside by the pool awesome, the ice maker, beer pong table. The house has multiple AC units so it stayed perfectly cool. The beds were so comfortable, The host was amazing in every way! fast response, easy to get ahold of, no issues or complaints at all! Beautifully decorated! I will definitely be staying here again!Thank you hostess with the mostess!

We stayed at Sam’s place for a long weekend and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The home has everything you need from cooking, entertainment and FUN! We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The beds were soooo comfortable! The golf course within walking distance had great food and beautiful sunsets. Driving to the parks/beaches was just a hop skip and a jump. Sam was amazing with communication. If we are ever back to this area-we will definitely stay in Sam’s home again.
