Apartment vacation rentals in Lake Havasu City

We came to do some touristy things like the London Bridge. Enjoyed being about to walk there (about a mile, mostly downhill, so uphill on the way back.) Not far to a grocery store and coffee places!

The condo was clean, cozy and easy to access! I was especially impressed with the host, Nicholas, who communicated with such friendliness and clarity. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

Dennis's place was fantastic for our stay in Lake Havasu. The place was spotless, appliances were clean, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of things to do and within walking distance. The London bridge is just around the corner and coffee shops within a 10 min walk. The third floor room gives a great view of the lake and sunset. Lake Havasu Ave below was a little noisy at night with the UTV traffic but nothing unbearable. 10/10 would stay again

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nicholas’s condo was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was a standout with spices, coffee, plastic wrap and tin foil provided. The bed was very comfortable and the televisions were large and had very sharp images. The wifi was spotty and quite frustrating at times but we were told that the whole city has bad wifi. We had a bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival and departure so we informed Nicholas and recommended that he replace it. Overall we would highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need for a short stay with one or two people. Very clean, secluded and quiet. A wonderful host. A bit of a drive from shopping and activities, but if you're looking for a quiet retreat, this is perfect.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Place was close to all the action, easily accessible, and a decent view.

Very nice accomodations. Parking was plentiful but brutal in the AZ Summer as there is no covered parking for guests. Great pool and spa at location.
