Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Granby

Great apartment and great location right near town and a ton of excellent trailheads. Aja was super communicative and gave great local recommendations. We really appreciated (and enjoyed) the thoughtfully left snacks, beer, etc. Everything we needed was there.

Shaina’s place was in the perfect location and was just the picture size for my husband and I. There was just what we needed and so much to do!

We absolutely loved the place! Very clean and well appointed. Also very close to Winter Park Resort & walked on several occasions even though it was winter time. When we didn’t feel like walking we took a shuttle up to the resort. Host is very responsive and able to recommend options for any needs we had during our stay. We will definitely stay with them again when we plan to visit next time. Can’t say enough about the abundance of beauty in the area with the snow & fur trees and all the fun activities available at Winter Park! Made for a perfect Christmas vacation!

We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and comfortable. I loved being able to cook and relax upstairs. The A frame restaurant right next door was amazing! The bus was easy to navigate but it was getting old to have to take it everywhere and not be able to walk (we have little kids so they couldn't have walked that far). The stair case wasn't the easiest to walk up and down, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The host was very helpful and let us check in early and even brought over a crockpot. Over all we felt right at home and comfortable and would stay again.

WE had an awesome trip in the Winter Park Village Resort area and our accommodations at David's condo were excellent! We loved the area and had access to many activities near by! David made it easy for us upon arrival with good communication and we would stay again in the future if we decide to visit the Winter Park / Frazer area again!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was roomy, nicely decorated, had a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook and a responsive host. The unit was close to everything and was walkable to the bus to ski slopes and to restaurants. The front closet was also well stocked with extras such as sleds, snow shoes, towels for hot tub, snow shovel. The rooms were spacious and unit was very clean. We would definitely stay there again in the future!!!

This was a great stay and great hosts. If you’re not familiar with the area, the hosts provide a great overview of the area and amenities. The condo is close enough to walk to the hot tub which is great. Our kids loved to bunk and extra bed in the kids room. The condo is thoughtfully it right with plenary of hooks to hang your jackets, hats, ski gear all while having it out of the way. We hope to stay again soon.

Great place to stay at when visiting Estes park! It snowed wholes we were there and the roads and walkways were cleared before we woke up. Such a beautiful place. 10/10 recommend!

Had a great last-min get-away at Kimberly's place in Estes. Close enough to town and such peaceful surroundings. The hot tub made the stay!

This house has it all-great location for activities, plus close to shopping & restaurants. Well appointed/fully equipped spacious 2-level floor plan with many extra amenities (sleds, puzzles/games, kids toys/books). X-country ski/hiking trails run thru neighborhood-bus to downhill ski slopes makes frequent stops. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from upper deck or while relaxing in the lower deck hot tub. So much to enjoy in this house!

Amy's place made for a fantastic weekend getaway. Super clean, comfortable place with fashionable and functional decor. End unit was nice and quiet. Amy was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

This condo is the best location near the gondola at Winter Park ski resort! Benjamin is very friendly and proactive to accommodate what you need for a comfortable stay!
