Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Anna

Such a beautiful cabin in an incredibly property by the lake. The home is spacious and so comfortable for our extended family to hang out, cook and play games. Lots of communal spaces to spend time together, but so many private areas for sleeping and for individual families. The home was incredibly clean and Mark was easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay!

The farm was fun and the house was big and nicely decorated. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the linens were a good quality. The host had the house decorated for Christmas, which was perfect for our away from home celebration. We used the numerous gas fireplaces often. Although you can't walk anywhere (except around the farm, bring carrots for the horses), the town of Orange, Montpelier, and the Barboursville winery were a relatively short drive away. Only real downsides were that the living rooms needed more couches and seating, and the kitchen needed more plates and silverware. To end on a positive note, there were three sizeable eating areas, a formal dining table with seating for 10, a nice casual table with views of the farm, and a round table looking out on a courtyard perfect for breakfast and playing games. Overall, a great experience.

This was our 3rd family Christmas in Bumpass! Feels like home! Always what we expect and the house is great for family gatherings. Lots of space, clean, well equipped kitchen for our big dinners! Already thinking about next year!! It’s a great spot with incredible views. Making lots of memories in this lovely home!

Elizabeth is a phenomenal Airbnb host. So friendly and had everything laid out and explained perfectly! The area was beautiful and the kids loved running around on the property, seeing the cows and wildlife, running around the pond, and the indoor space was great for them too. The house had everything you could need and more! So cozy and every bed was extremely comfortable. The Christmas decor was an added bonus and made coming her during the holiday season so fun for us! Would highly recommend this private and beautiful oasis!

We stayed here to celebrate a really good friend’s upcoming wedding! We had a blast! Even without Luray Caverns and Vivo’s Italian restaurant the house was so cute and functional for 10 women to stay in. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to a friend ☺️

Our stay was excellent! The home is beautiful, had great heat in the icy cold weather, the fireplace was great! The kitchen was well equipped, couch and bed so comfy, dining room perfect for laying out our tax documents and the peaceful surroundings were PERFECT. Not fun to get away to do taxes, but it was so peaceful that we never felt stressed. We had great recommendations for take out meals that we could heat and eat. Towels felt great, bed and bedding were so comfy. quality linens and draperies to block out the light. the house was so cute, well collected (as a designer this is important to me), and it was so cute and homey. the property is lovely and I would definitely go back.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with family. It was perfect that one bedroom was on the same floor as the kitchen/living space so my mother didn’t have to go up and down stairs while there. We loved being able to hang out with a nice fire in the fireplace and outside at the bonfire pit. We loved the added touch of the kit for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The setting is so lovely and peaceful and being able to use the hot tub helped us relax even more. The driveway is a little hidden and was hard for one of our family members to find in the dark.

We have enjoyed staying here on our last three visits to Fredericksburg. The setting is very private and peaceful, and the inside space is relaxing and inviting. Although there are only a few windows in the apartment, it is beautiful and bright inside and does not feel like we are in a basement apartment. The shower is huge and the entire apartment is always sparkling clean. We always appreciate the great communication with Debra. We highly recommend this apartment!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has SO much to offer for a relaxing romantic getaway! I especially enjoyed the fireplace and deep soaker bathtub. Being able to walk to all the great restaurants and shops in downtown is a huge plus! We will be staying here again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very nice clean,quiet, and private. We wanted to hike old rag so it was only a 30 min drive to the parking lot. I didn’t bring my dog this time due to long hike but it is completely set up for one. Monica left tons of goodies and extras in case we forgot something. It’s very walkable to town where there is tons of good food,bars,and coffee. She didn’t have anyone else to check in after us so she even told us to take our time leaving. If you’re thinking of staying here just do it.

Kim and John were great! They were always very quick to respond on anything we needed or had questions on. The place fit our family perfectly. We loved having the crib there.

Sara thought of literally everything to make this home away from home as comfortable and cozy as possible. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and breweries. 10/10 recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb over Thanksgiving, and it was a truly delightful experience! While the property is about 8-10 minutes off the main highway, the peaceful and serene surroundings made it worth it—exactly the escape we needed. The house was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook our holiday meal, the bathroom and bedding were spotless, and everything felt so comfortable. The thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and the fridge stocked with water were such kind touches, showing how much care the host puts into making her guests feel at home. Communication was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, answering any questions quickly. By the end of our stay, the property truly felt like home—warm, inviting, and cozy. She even made the effort to meet us as we were leaving, adding a heartfelt touch to our experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

This Airbnb was spacious with very comfortable beds! I think, in the off-season, it could be a tad cheaper, but it was close to shopping, the vineyard, and the state park.

Beautiful location and amenities. Kids loved the arcade and indoor pool!

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.
