Perfect getaway spot for us. My 13 year old loves to fish and the spot was heaven for him. House was perfect for us and Henry was the best host , from communication and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy the home, he was awesome. Would 1000 percent go back! We loved staying in the bayou and doing the quick drive to the city. My son said it was our best vacation ever.

The house was beautiful and well kept. The decks are right next to the water. This time of year it was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect cozy retreat. All the amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal — easy to get to and from the Superdome, yet far enough from the Super Bowl madness to offer a peaceful and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts you could ask for!

Check-in was easy, place was clean and comfortable. But most importantly to me, Jamie was willing to go above and beyond. When traveling, you want to feel you have a resource available to you in a place you may not know as well. You can count on her to help in any situation you need.

We had a great time, being on the water was lovely, the place was very clean. Hosts are very quick to respond, even helped me find a store location since I am not familiar with the area. Definitely a place we will come back to for future visits!

Awesome stay! We had a great time around New Orleans! The house was clean and pretty amazing for some Europeans who are not used to having their homes on poles, quite a thing to experience! I fully recommend this house to any families with kids or families who want to have some peace while still being close enough to the big American cities to explore. The hosts are amazing and regularly checking in on you if you are doing okay. This was my first time as an airb&b’er and I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was amazing!

Eugene was a great host, helped us with any questions we had quickly. Home was very clean. Location was close to all the local attractions which was prime for us. Would stay here again if we ever come back!

great place to stay. so much history just in a small area.. your in front of the water... the host knows so much about the area and new Orleans in general. you don't need a tour guide lol.

Extremely comfortable bed, clean, and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place in a low key area.

Greg was a great host! We had everything we needed. The only possible complaints we had were nothing within his power to control like the noise from the other rentals, the airplanes, etc. Totally worth the price and would definitely reccomend.

Great place, just as described. Everyone is right- the bed is amazing. Plenty of towels, tp, paper towels. Very, very clean on a quiet street. Even though we didn't get to use them, it's really cool that there are 2 electric scooters available to use. Very thoughtful!The only thing missing was no bakeware and no mixing bowls, though there are a couple of pots, skillets and a slow cooker, which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!
