Unfortunately was in town for a family member in the hospital. Alicia's place was perfect for our stay. Just as described and easy to find. We even needed to add a few days to our stay and Alicia was very flexible; for that we are grateful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was strong, water pressure was great in shower, and being able to set the heat to the temperature I wanted was a plus. The area was very walkable with a grocery store, coffee shop, lots of restaurants, and a huge park nearby. Highly recommended Airbnb!

Tama was a great host who communicated promptly and and in helpful detail. The apartment is a bargain, accessible to public transportation and with good parking. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay with Jess & Will! They were proactive with communication in how to get into the space, and it was exactly as described. The location was great, and safely walk-able to a few restaurants and shops. They were very respectful of the quiet hours which was excellent as the space is located in the basement of an older home and as with most basements you can hear overhead steps.

Had a great and comfortable stay, we enjoyed having our own entrance so we could come in and out any time of the day freely without bothering them. She also left us complimentary waters so we could stay hydrated due to the altitude in Colorado. Everything was very clean and they left extra toilet paper and trash bags and towels in case we needed them. What else could we have asked for? She was also very sweet and the whole family kept to themselves to offer you that extra private experience and the host was very responsive through the app making sure we didn’t need anything and that we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend.

Wendy’s place is awesome! Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking and a very short walk to downtown and CU campus. Wendy is a lovely host and has thought of all the details you could want as a guest. The bed was extremely comfortable too! It was a great launchpad for visiting Boulder. We also must note Wendy’s kindness and understanding when we accidentally took one of her keys home! She was very nice and allowed us to mail the key back. We highly recommend Wendy’s place!

We had a wonderful stay at Ling and Chris's Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I had never been to Denver, so had no idea what to expect. Environment. Location, anything. Chris and Daniel were responsive and helped everywhere they could. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb due to me getting an “altitude” sickness from being out in the mountains. Wasn’t aware it was a thing but apparently it is. The one night we went outside, they weren’t happy about how loud the music was, my husband is 60/40 deaf so I wasn’t aware it was too loud because he plays music to a pitch he can hear it clearly. It wasn’t until they said something about turning it down that I found it was too loud, which was around 8, noise cut off being at 10. That is my only complaint though about staying there. The neighborhood is nice. There were several people lingering near the bus stops and some sketchy people attempting to speak with us and panhandle, but it’s just part of being in a big city. The place was homie. Something to do at all times. Everything stocked. Beautiful decor. Amazing grill.

Title: Cozy and Romantic Escape This place was perfect for a quiet couples’ getaway! It’s surrounded by nature but still super close to everything—restaurants, grocery stores, and even places like Domino’s and Subway if you want something quick. It’s also just a short drive to Red Rocks, which was awesome for a day out. The hot tub was definitely the best part. It’s private, tucked away in a peaceful spot, and just steps from the bed, which was amazing on cold nights. The big indoor tub was also a great touch—really made the whole place feel relaxing and romantic. If you’re looking for a cozy spot that’s both private and close to conveniences, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

If you work at the hospital and are trying to find a permanent place to live, this is the spot to do it. Also easy access to Chambers and Colfax areas and not far from the Aurora Mall. I felt very safe and taken care of, as Heidi was extremely quick to respond to any needs I had, which was just one- it was a bit cold. But space heater worked great and they even turned up the heat on their end. I felt left alone, which was nice. Oh, make sure you read the instructions carefully and don't park in the car port. I made that mistake and barely got out. :) If you go, have a nice stay and enjoy your privacy and the cool decor and excellent remodel and use of space.

Very kind hosts. It was private, had everything I needed. Easy to get around Arvada and the surrounding area.

I really liked Nicole's place. It was really nice to have a desk with a very comfortable desk chair and reading lamp, I really enjoyed working there. The shower was great with strong water pressure. It was super to have a fridge and microwave too. Nicole and John were very responsive and friendly. I had a great stay!

Sharon and JD’s place was a lovely place to land during our short stay in Denver. The immediate neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe to walk in as a woman. Public transportation was pretty easily accessible, as were attractions like the Rino neighborhood, the Denver zoo, and the Nature and Sciences museum. Wonderfully cozy, spacious, and clean Airbnb! Looked even better in person (the lighting in the pictures doesn’t do it justice), and I would 100% stay there again. Sharon even left a booklet of her personal recommendations of how to spend our time as well as a basket of snacks and refreshments to really welcome us to her home!

A good place to stay. Very suburban neighborhood with not much around except for a couple of decent hiking trails. Everything else was excellent.

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

The place was very clean and organized. It had that feeling of home. Quiet area when I communicated with Eileen that I was going to be coming in late at night she volunteered to turn the lights on. I have no concerns. I will stay there again. Highly recommended.
