Sonya is a friendly and thoughtful host. Snug Owl is a cute and cozy place. You'll feel right at home and find everything you need. Very comfy bed and a full kitchen. Even a washer/dryer. Quiet walkable neighborhood. Or better yet, head to a nearby state park for a refreshing healthful hike! Most highly recommend for a solo retreat or a fun family gathering!

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Very close to Starved Rock hiking and lots of great local businesses. This trip was only my husband and I, but this would be such a fun place to stay with little ones, with a super cute bedroom setup and lots of toys to keep them entertained. The home was well equipped to cook anything you could want, but also within walking distance of some great spots. Try Rip’s chicken!

It was a nice stay at a decent price. Close to local attractions and places to eat or shop for food. We only stayed overnight, would definitely come back and recommend.
