Really very pleasant family stay in this adorable and beautiful house! Everyone had their privacy. Large garden where we were able to play ping pong, do an egg hunt, rest, eat on the terrace... No overlook. Ample car car car. Thank you for hosting Jean-Christophe who kindly arranged us for the check-in time, who was responsive to messages. Finally, very good we, we enjoyed part of the island! Probably see you soon! Angie, Jonathan and all my little family.

The view from the house is beautiful, and the place great - by the sea, on a walking path on the coast, 20 minutes walk from the center of La Flotte... We enjoyed the beautifully appointed house, the living room with sea view, the kitchen with sea view and well laid out, the 2 bathrooms, the terrace, the possibility to use the bikes... A really great place! Thanks to Paul - We received all the information to arrive safely, and we found the necessary information on site. It should be noted, and as indicated, the rooms are in a row, but individually accessible from the outside. If I come back to the area, I'll be happy to rent again.

House located in a quiet environment, well equipped. The outside terrace is very pleasant. Bruno is a welcoming and caring host. The availability of bikes is a big plus. Beach 15 minutes by bike. Supermarket 10 minutes away by car. Grocery store with bread drop 300 meters on foot. We had a lovely stay and recommend this rental.

Very nice apartment, impeccable and good bedding. It is quiet and very well located to do everything on foot. Not to mention the responsiveness and sympathy of Dimitri who welcomed us. We had a great time.

Very good stay in Fabrice's place. Annick, who took care of our welcome, is very considerate and friendly! Accommodation located a 15-minute walk from the old center of La Rochelle is very quiet, in a small residence a little remote. The unit is small but functional, perfect when the weather is nice! We also took advantage of the terrace.
