We had a lovely stay at this place. Quiet, peaceful with lots of room! We recommend!

It was just perfect! We stayed 5 nights for 7 people during the 2024 Christmas holidays and everything was absolutely well thought out in the accommodation. We perceive the attention to detail in the amenities and we can feel that the well-being of the guests has been taken into account during the layout. Angelique is very pleasant and responsive in communication. The decor was perfect for a Christmas like home. We can recommend this address without hesitation for guests wishing to visit the Beauval Zoo or Château de Chambord.

Great stay at Xavier's! The house is large in a quiet corner; close to splendid places such as Chenonceau Castle or Beauval Zoo. Supermarket accessible 5 min by car.

We were 8 friends to stay and we have, all 8, been charmed! the arrival is very friendly, with clear instructions. The estate is absolutely beautiful, the cottage too, very large, nicely furnished and very well provided. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!!!!!! special mention for the rooms each with its own bathroom and toilet, and the very friendly hot tub. Nothing to complain about, we had a great evening and recommend the cottage without hesitation!!! a big thank you for hosting
