Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Plata County

Our stay in Durango was nice. The space was beautiful, clean and instructions were clear. Sarah and Karen were both helpful and quick to respond to my messages. We felt just like we were at home.

Wonderful home for our family reunion. Had everything we needed to cook dinners, play games in the large family room, star gaze on the nice wrap around porch, throw the football in the yard, etc. Great location with easy drive to Purgatory for skiing and main town just a few minutes away. Highly recommend!

Chelsea is an amazing host. She responded to all our questions on time. Had a very planned and well thought out experience for guests. She provided everything a traveling guest may need and may even forget to bring. It was an amazing stay experience. we loved the home.

Amanda’s cabin was a great place to stay. The location was great, close enough to Durango for restaurants and anything we needed, but far enough to be private and away from the city. The cabin was perfect, with 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple fireplaces. The yard was a big appeal since we brought a dog, and the yard provided a fenced in area connected to the deck as well as an open field to run. Amanda herself was a fantastic host, going above and beyond with check in / check our flexibility and she was extremely caring, leaving treats and toys for the dog as well as a thoughtful bottle of wine. It was a very nice stay and we’ll definitely be back

Galaxyland was a peaceful spot, clean and cozy. It has super easy to access downtown to Durango and FLC (car, bus or a longer walk which I did a lot, it was lovely). I appreciated Melissa’s attention to detail, her clear communication. As an introvert I also appreciated her “support from a distance” approach.

Beautiful Eco peaceful place, filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host is very hands on and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area.

It was more than accommodating and so beautiful. Super spacious as well! We didn’t get to explore much but plan to be back in the summer to see the pond and donkeys.

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely space with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We loved that it was located right outside downtown Durango and had a peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and quite dog friendly. If you have senior dogs or large dogs, going upstairs to the loft would be challenging because it’s a steep spiral staircase. Once you’re up there, it’s absolutely lovely and there’s a really cool porch with a space to take in nature!

Beautiful home in quiet surroundings. We loved Leroy the lab and all the goats and horses around. Place was very easy to find and not far from some nice walking paths.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

Just what we were looking for. Leslie was very responsive and helpful from our first contact and throughout our stay. The location is private but within minutes of “downtown.” The suite is well maintained and very comfortable. All around great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, is comfortable, is an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and has everything my wife and I needed for a ski week at Purgatory. In addition, Steve and Nancy (the hosts) were very responsive.

Very clean and nice cozy place to relax and leave your worries elsewhere. Plenty of parking. Just keep an eye out for the deer running around about.

While the pictures of the unit are great, it is even better than the pictures! Extremely clean and very well stocked! We were all very comfortable!

Definitely would recommend this for a family or group of 4, was perfect size. Location was great, easy walk to the main lodge or the beginner slopes, easy walk to first chair. I skied down to within 40-50 yards each day to eat lunch at the place. It was very clean, had everything we needed, I would love to come and rent this place again.

Daniel’s place was great! We enjoyed being so close to the ski lifts and restaurants. The ski locker was a great addition as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay! Felt very comfortable and loved the holiday decorations to make you feel like your in your own home, met all our expectations and exceeded them as well!

Such a wonderful and magical place to stay! Host was amazing and very kind. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Colorado!
