Lovely house and neighborhood. We really enjoyed parking our car and walking to Main Street for shopping and meals.

We LOVED our stay! It is the perfect location- 10min away from town and about 20min away from purgatory. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable for a family to enjoy!

Chelsea is an amazing host. She responded to all our questions on time. Had a very planned and well thought out experience for guests. She provided everything a traveling guest may need and may even forget to bring. It was an amazing stay experience. we loved the home.

This location was beautiful and peaceful! The home was well stocked and the game room was great for the kids! We will definitely return!

Loved the stay and Amanda was amazing. I dont blame the dirty toaster oven and the candles that had wax on the fireplace on Amanda—that was the cleaners. They should be checking everything. Amanda was very responsive and the placed was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Place was very pet friendly! Loved the location -outside of town- yet close enough to everything. She was flexible and we absolutely loved the scenery and the stay!!!!

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Jaime’s place! The home was beautiful, it was within walking distance of some places we needed to get to. Jaime was an AMAZING host! She went out of her way to make our stay great! She is very responsive! She was very accommodating and even installed a baby gate for our little ones! The house fit our group of 7 adults and 3 young children perfectly. Jaime had a great list of local recommendations at the house, had everything labeled so we knew where to find things, and everything very organized. We had no issues while staying here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Durango area!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s beautiful, comfy, warm & extremely inviting! Cynthia, our hostess, was very kind, receptive & thoughtful. There was a big snowstorm coming in to that area on our day of arrival & she offered for us to come a day early to avoid the weather! Very sweet. Beautiful property, clean, well stocked for guests. We will definitely stay at this lovely house again!

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

A beautiful space, so sleek and clean and with a nice Durango location to visit sights near and farther out around the area. We enjoyed sipping the supplied coffee in the sunny eating area as the sun rose over the ridge and a bit of star gazing at night with a glass of wine.

This place is a gem! Our family of four loved it. It’s just ten to fifteen minutes outside Durango and it feels like you are in the mountains. There are four units that share the property with a large house but we didn’t really see anyone else out in the shared yard while we were there. It snowed everyday making it even more magical for the kids (they are 4 &8). The design of the space is really amazing, very thoughtful and it feels spacious even though it is probably small square footage wise. There was a little upstairs balcony that I loved. Fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for the sweet spot! We would love to come back in the summer!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lazy J ranch. The space was really comfortable with all the amenities and extras to make the stay feel like home. Jason is a superior host, let us have some time with new baby lambs, and his family graciously invited our son to play. We are already hoping to be back!

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

This place was perfect for mine and my boyfriends anniversary and his birthday. I loved how clean and inviting the condo was. The view was absolutely breathtaking and I would stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for a few nights! Relaxing, secluded, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hot tub was perfect to enjoy the views during the day and stars at night. Extremely friendly hosts and very dog friendly. Would 100% stay here again if we travel that way. And the cinnamon coffee cake is the best way to start the morning!

Needed a last minute place to stay and Steve was quick to response with every need and very accommodating! I will definitely be back!

We loved the place. Very cozy and close to all the great spots in Durango. I will say the upstairs neighbor/renter was very loud and we could hear them through the floor at night in the bedroom. I don't fault Ross for this. Thanks! Dan

A quiet and comfortable place to stay. Bed linens were very soft and clean. We had everything we needed for a family of four and lots of room to spread out. Instructions to find the place were easy to follow. There are a lot of stairs to reach the house but for us wasn’t a problem. Great location to access downtown.

Wonderful slope-side location. So convenient and great amenities, including access to hot tub! I would highly recommend for a family ski trip.

Perfect little getaway spot. SUPER clean home. We love the no shoe policy, we follow this same policy at our home. The home had everything, and more, that you would need. Super simple decorations. If you like clean and simple, this is the place for you. Rupert’s, across the street, was delicious. Durango Joes coffee was pretty awesome as well. If exploring downtown, say hello to the ladies in the Durango Art Center and definitely check out the train museum. We will definitely stay here again when we head back to Durango.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

My friends and I loved our stay at this cozy condo! The condo was so nice and homey! We especially loved their special tea kettle! We were able to walk to the downtown area and loved exploring the city of Durango! This condo was the perfect fit for my friends and I!
