I stayed for a week at this listing. Everything was perfect. Tranquility, silence and rest were in order. Very welcoming host. Flawless accommodation. I recommend it.

Spacious apartment, soberly and carefully decorated, very clean, very tidy, everything you need in equipment for a pleasant stay. Bus stops at the foot of the apartment, private environment with badge entry, and very quiet. Thank you for hosting us.

Fabien's apartment is perfectly located, in a quiet residence, close to transportation and amenities. Access to closed boxing is a real plus in Lyon. The accommodation is very spacious and perfectly suited for 6 guests. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the loggia. Thank you Fabien!

The apartment is as described and the photos match what you find. It's quiet and very cozy. The host gave me very precise instructions and was attentive to my arrival. He was very friendly and they treated me very well. Located in the heart of the university district, close to shops, restaurants, tram stop. I won't hesitate to stay at Bruno's house again if I go back to Lyon. Highly recommended

Beautiful property with a house of character and a large wooded lot on which you can park cars. It's a quiet and charming place close to all amenities. The welcome is warm and the hosts are available. The apartment is spacious with a pleasant layout. Comfortable bedding, kitchen with all the amenities. Enjoyed our stay.

Flawless accommodation. Good location, easy to access by transport and on foot. Difficult to find a spot in the private parking lot but there's always one in the surrounding streets. Very responsive host, she adapts as best she can to ensure you have a good stay. Special mention for the really well done directions. Small downside for the payment of electricity on the side but it is reported in the ad so to everyone's taste. Thanks again for this great stay at yours. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's place. We loved this bright, nicely decorated and functional apartment, it is so pleasant to live in that we want to stay there:-) This is the real Air b&b spirit we look for when we travel. Julie was adorable, always responsive to our messages, she did everything she could to make our stay go smoothly. Apartment highly recommend!

We loved this stay at Aurelie and Sébastien's apartment. Ideally located, very functional. We were a family with two children and everything we needed was there (high chair, baby bed). We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during our future stay in Lyon!

We found a clean, spacious apartment equipped far above the usual standard. We stayed there for 10 days with 4 people and got along well with the size of the apartment. The highlight is the swimming pool, which can be used. A wonderful way to cool off on warm days. The pool has not overflowed even in high heat, so you feel very comfortable there. Clémont is a very accommodating, helpful host. He gives good tips and answers questions promptly. The city center of Lyon can be reached quickly and easily by bus and U-Bahn. We can definitely recommend a stay there!

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our check-in and check-out constraints. The apartment was very well located for our needs, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even icy, was very pleasant😉).
