Monthly Rentals in La Gaspara

We spent a comfortable month at Nela’s place with our 7 month old daughter. The apartment is very well equipped and has a great air conditioning + underfloor heating system, which came in handy as it rained the entire month. The layout of the apartment is good as it allows for privacy with additional pocket doors, something which came in handy for us with a sleeping baby. The kitchen is great as is the parking space; loads of room. The faucets in all the bathrooms are of the type where water goes everywhere except where you want it..design over function. Nothing major, something you notice over a longer stay perhaps. The spa amenities are in need of some repair. We used them once over a rainy month as they just didn’t appeal in their current state. Otherwise the urbanisation is kept clean, feels very secure and staff are friendly. The Mercadona on the other side of the A7 is a good one and there’s also a pharmacy, petrol station etc. Not much else within walking distance so a car is

Wonderful, clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine), comfortable beds and a neat bathroom. The apartment has two fantastic terraces (front and rear), a private parking space in the garage for the (rental)car and is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. Contact with the host/host was quick and pleasant, and we were very kindly helped. The beach is a short walk away, and you can walk along the cozy boulevard to the cozy town of Estepona ( about 30 minutes). Don't forget to enjoy the delicious tapas and fresh fish dishes! The location is perfect for visiting beautiful places in the area, and Málaga is only a 60-minute drive away. This is definitely a place we'd love to come back to sometime.

Had a lovely stay at the villa with all the family. 6 adults and 2 children and plenty of space. The guy that looks after the villa is extremely responsive if anything was needed. The villa has everything you could possibly need in it. It was well stocked with things you don’t always get in air bnbs (spices, coffee etc) They left a lovely welcome hamper so we could enjoy a pale rosè and beer after travelling which was greatly appreciated!!! (Fruit for the kids!) I would recommend this place to anyone would suit friends or a family stay. There’s a table inside and out and a travel cot/ high chair was provided. 3 toilets and 2 showers so helpful for big groups. We had no problems with our stay. Thankyou guys!!

Great apartment close to Estepona! We would come back.
