The apartment has literally everything you need. It also has a large fully furnished roof terrace with spectacular views of downtown and mountains on all sides. Location is safe with friendly inquisitive locals. The host is helpful and quick to answer enquiries.

I had an amazing stay here. The apartment had everything that I needed. When I'm back in Sabaneta I'll book the same place. Thank you.

AMAZING! LOVED! 4.8 STARS! ⭐️ 1. The space is not only beautifully decorated and visually inviting but equipped with all needed (and desired) amenities. The WiFi is extremely reliable; security is extremely friendly; and between the pool, lighting and the sauna, the place is perfect. 2. I felt extremely safe and right at home the entire time! It’s an extremely welcoming, clean, and kind community. It’s in walking distance to the town square and easily found by both Rappi and UBER. 3. My only critique (which I spoke to the host about) would be ensuring that there’s a guestbook upon arrival (w/mapping of the complex), listed items accessible like the iron, blow-dryer, etc. in the apt.) and a less abrasive welcome (which included a printout of the house rule, signatures, questions around guest visits, fingerprints, etc.). There was also an expectation to replace cleaning supplies and tissue? Cleaning day was also 4-8hrs… 4. All in all, what an impeccable stay! One of my favs!

Great place to stay. Sabaneta is where the locals live and it just feels right. It’s a safe working neighborhood. Two of my uber drivers lives in Sabaneta. El Pabaldo is overrun with tourists getting drunk and prices are high. This place was nice and a good location
