Beautiful and very clean, very easy to get into and find. A lovely view of the scenery from the window and plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook food at the property. The heated bathroom floor was an unexpected bonus! The beds are extremely soft and was very comfortable for me as well as the sofa was very comfy too. It’s within a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour which is very convenient so you don’t need to rely on public transport to get to the town, theres a supermarket open until 11pm just down the road which was great. Hosts are responsive and very friendly, highly recommend staying here!

We had a very nice stay! Upon arrival, Marita immediately stopped by to receive us (she lives on the bovebverdieoing, the accommodation is in the lower floor). The house was clean and tidy, and equipped with every comfort. Marita's tip to visit a hiking trail that first night was a good idea! We saw the northern lights, beautiful! Marita was also quick to respond to further questions via chat. We asked if we could borrow a light for the hike, that was possible and she came to bring it in person, which was very nice. The appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, extractor hood) are doing well, we used them several times. Beds were nice, even though there is a gap between the mattresses, but there is life with that. Shower was comfortable. The living room may use some decoration but is equipped with a nice sofa, a large TV with, among other things, Netflix, and a dining table. We have enjoyed it!

We had a lovely stay at Ingelinn's apartment. The accommodation is located outside the city center but is easily accessible via two bus lines and is less than a 5-minute walk to two supermarkets, which compensates for the lack of restaurants in the area. A bus line also allows you to reach the airport without changing. The apartment is cute, well decorated and rather well-equipped for cooking. Communication with our host was very smooth and fast. We won't hesitate to return during our next stay in Tromsø!

The host was willing to communicate and coordinate people's needs and were helpful.Just a small bug in the translation function in the system that led to a misunderstanding with the final check out time, which was resolved smoothly in the end, which was much appreciated.

nice apartment, with everything we needed: kitchenware, towel, etc. TV and wifi were easy to use. the location was right next to the bus to the city and supermarket. We went on nice walks with the water. Eirik responded to any questions we could have and provided nice instructions on how to check in and out 😊

Warm, clean apartment complete with everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, living area). Communication with the host is impeccable, Tor-Andre is always very helpful and kind. I really recommend it for staying in Tromsø because it is in a strategic location, well connected by transport and surrounded by many interesting activities (restaurants, museums etc). Max 10 minutes' walk from downtown. Additional value is the balcony overlooking the sea that allows you to see the Northern Lights, on clearer evenings. We hope to be back in the future!

Tim's apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly central, with everything needed being only a short walk away. We were there for 10 days and had everything we needed. The apartment was really spacious and matched everything shown in the pictures and in the description. Only downfall was that there was no space for clothes as wardrobes were full, however we completely understand that as it is someone else's home this would be the case. Tim was a really incredible host, so friendly and responsive and happy to help out, which made for such a better experience too. We would 100% recommend staying here and it is a place we will definately recommend for the future.

Incredibly nice and accommodating host. Available almost 24/7. If you like a quiet, family-friendly, natural location, there is nothing better. With the buses you are quickly in the center or wherever. Shopping and bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Museum and fjord are about 10 minutes away. We were there for 8 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks Sten Ivar.

Merethe and Aage were both lovely hosts! The Airbnb was conveniently located close to the city centre but far enough that we were able to see the northern lights! The place was clean and cosy, and we were greeted with a welcome basket too. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay here again if I visited Tromso again. Thank you!

Great appointment for University visitors. Campus is 10 min walking distance. The apartment is cozy and has everything one might need. Two big supermarkets nearby and the gym is just two floors down. The furniture in the kitchen has seen its days, but is clean. And the kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Worth every cent paid.

Maline always answered our questions quickly. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The listing complies with the description and photos. It was clean and the kitchen is particularly well equipped thank you because it is not always the case! You will feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The environment is quiet and the apartment has partial views of the fjord and the mountains. Bus stops that allow you to go to the center or to the southern tip of the island are 2 minutes from the apartment. However, the 2 places are safely reached by foot. I recommend Maline's apartment without reservation.

We had an amazing stay here at only half an hour drive from Tromso. The appartment is located on a quiet location where you are away from the light pollution from Tromso and as such you have the chance to already spot the Northern lights from the appartment itself. The appartment also offers some additional items which you might need in the neighborhood such as head lamps, spikes and snowshoes. This has proven to be extremely useful during our stay.

We just finished our stay in Tromsø. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our hosts and the home. We saw the view on the photos, but it still shocks you when you walk in. We spent many hours looking out the windows and enjoying the beautiful city. Eirik and Karina were extremely responsive and proactive with all communications. They checked in periodically to make sure we were okay. Their home is immaculate and lent itself well to our family, as described. We even saw the auroras from the balcony on a clear night. Thank you, we would come again in a heartbeat!

The views are Amazing! The house is easy to get to. We were able to see the Northern lights with a little drive farther north. Vidar was so kind in giving recommendations before we arrived. He was very prompt in his communications. There were no issues with the house. It was squeaky clean and so welcoming.

What a perfect place to spend some time in Tromso! Kristin Helene was very communicative from the start. We appreciated her warm welcome. We were not able to meet her in person but the personal note left on the table was such a nice touch. We liked being in Hamna a bit removed from the buzzing city center and only 30 min by bus (bus 28 stop is right down the street). Kristin's apartment is the most homey Airbnb we've ever stayed in and was so comfortable. BTW, the beds are amazing and there is more that you need. We enjoyed the last bit of the northern lights from the porch. We hope to be back one day. Thanks Kristin for sharing your sweet home with us.

The property accurately matches the photos, providing ample space for four guests across its four rooms. The cabin has a unique style, perfect for photography, especially in winter with its cozy atmosphere and interesting decor. Its location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, making travel easy. The host was responsive and provided detailed instructions. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of offering snacks is greatly appreciated.

A beautiful family home in Tromso with a spectacular view over the fjord. We saw the Northern Lights on our first night from the balcony! Buses to the city centre and the airport are a couple of minutes walk away and are really frequent. You don’t need a car. Would recommend a trip up the mountain in the cable car. Spectacular views over Tromso and amazing aurora that filled the sky. The house was warm, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The only draw back was having only one bathroom between 6 people but that is clear from the description.
