Great place, good location. Furkan was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was like the photos. I felt at home.

The stay was beautiful and the security was high. Ahmed was always responsive to us. He is a wonderful person, and Alber is a responsive person. The apartment was the same as the pictures. It was clean and beautiful. The stay was wonderful. I enjoyed it. Thank you 🤍😍🙏🏻

I rented the apartment with very comfortable communication, I did not encounter any negativity. There were only two points where I could break points; 1) -1 We seriously had a shortage of towing on our phone lines, I don't know if it is related to the floor or in that area. 2) Unfortunately, the refrigerator does not have enough cooling power, I think it has completed its economic life. Things other than that were pretty good, from tv amenities to no shortage of hot water and heating. My main reason for holding was the proximity to the metro, I did not have any problems with this. There are many items in the house that you can use. If it meets your conditions, you can keep it hassle-free. Thanks!!

I spent more than one month in Gokhan house. This is the best house in Istanbul I’ve ever been and I will book it again and again if I come to Istanbul. The house is well equipped with everything you may need for a long stay. There is many shops, coffees, grocery stores around. Osmanbey metro station is about 5 min walking. Gokhan was very reactif and helpful at any time and for any request he was always supporting as a big brother. All in all I can only say that it was a 5 stars stay with the best price. Thank you Gokhan for hosting us and will recommend your house to our friends and family’s 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
