Monthly Rentals in Kumhausen

We had a great couple days over New Year's in Landshut. Fabian's place is perfectly located to quickly reach the center and still have a quiet place to return to. It's also easy and well connected to the main train station, you can even just walk, if the luggage is not too heavy. The apartment had everything you need for a few days to make yourself at home. The building block itself is quite old, but the apartment has been nicely done, so that even on sub-zero winter days it feels nicely cozy. Fabian is also a great host, very helpful with all we needed, and quickly replied to any of our requests. Overall, if you want to spend some days in Landshut, we happily recommend this place.

The place was super clean and exactly as described in the advertisement. The contact with Rolf was very friendly and uncomplicated. Our visit with our dog was super pleasant as the property was fenced and great walks are possible in the area. Very clear recommendation!!

My partner and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful place. The apartment was not only sparkling clean, but also extremely cozy and lovingly furnished – you immediately notice that every detail was thought of here. We especially appreciated the many small extras that you don't find in every accommodation. The location is perfect: quiet, but still everything within walking distance. A big thank you also to the hosts who regularly inquired if we needed anything – the service was really exceptional and went far beyond the usual. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back any time!
