The host is very helpful and friendly. He even came and check on us if we need anything else. He also gave my family durian once he knows we are looking for durian around the area. As a parting gift, he gave us potted plants upon oir checkout. We love our time there, and will definitely repeat our stay in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing family trip and absolutely loved the house and its facilities. Mr. Carlson guided and helped us find some delicious food near the homestay. The kids had a blast playing in the swimming pool and enjoying the surroundings. The house has an awesome and beautifully designed interior. Can’t wait for our next stay at the homestay🥰🥰

Highly recommended for family gatherings. Celebrated my father’s birthday here last weekend. Nice interiors. Good water pressure, complete kitchen with cuckoo water filter. We had BBQ here and there are enough equipments for a bbq night. Had fun with the arcade game and pool. Location is superb! So near to beaches, groceries stores and local attractions like menara 188, kulacakes, hispter cafes.

We stayed there for 2 nights with a total of 20 officemates. The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of activities to enjoy. We spent the entire time singing karaoke, from morning until night! 😆 The TV was equipped with an Astro box and connected to Netflix. We even used it to display presentation slides for work purposes. The rooms were large, each with its own bathroom, and the view was absolutely stunning. We stayed in Villa B. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, a large rice cooker, pans, pots, and a variety of dining utensils, along with many cups and glasses. It also had an oven, microwave, kettle, blender, and a Coway water dispenser. However, the electric stove only had two burners, but thankfully, we brought our own stove. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our staycation. The place is perfect for team-building activities or a family day out. The view and sunrise were simply breathtaking.

Highly recommended for family gatherings. We celebrated Family Day here yesterday. Super Nice interior. Superb exterior. Complete amenities, wifi 6, water filters, air condition, water heater, rice cooker, induction cooker. Perfect for BBQ party too, the host provided complete set of tools for BBQ. The swimming pool size is just nice for 10 pax, suitable for kids 6 years old and above. Location near to the beach, walking distance to klinik kesihatan, masjid, pizza kayu api, groceries, 7 eleven, mr DIY. Overall this is one of the most valuable address to spend with your families in Balok. One of a kind. Thank you Mr Raymond for being such a good host and accommodate to our request. We have lovely time at LA Villas, Balok.
