The unit was as described in the listing. It was very neat, clean & tastefully set for practical use. The unit was dust free, bed spreads & towels were clean. Upon confirmation the host was very responsive by providing details, to the parking lot, going up to the unit and about self checking in. I would highly recommend this unit.

The place was bigger than the pictures, so it was nice. If you take more detailed photos of the interior of the room, it will be easy when making a reservation. It was nice that there weren't many people in the pool. The location was good because it was right near Klcc Station. The host Hasil was also very responsive, so it was a satisfying experience. However, there were a lot of existing user's items in the refrigerator, so I think it would be perfect if only this part was cleaned up.

**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

Host is superb responsive from the day enquired till the day I checked out. Host replied within minutes and is a great one, even when we needed questions to be answered on the spot. Location wise perfect. 10-15mins walk to Berjaya Times Sq. Accessible and high security building. Check out time perfect; 12pm, unlike some others 11am. There's even a 4am nice Jalan Imbi Nasi Lemak from this Malay Pakcik and Wife, which is walkable distance from Location. Everything is Perfect in this Apartment. Microwave+Hanging Laundry+Plates+Bowls All Provided. Family loves it too! Toilet superb clean, bidet perfect, toiletries provided, even Detergent avail to use, but didnt try the washing machine though. Sadly, No Vanity Desk and Facilities all closed 10pm. Should we visit KL, would book again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🥰

I had a wonderful time staying at Matthew's place! The property is fantastic, offering so many great amenities. The big swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the view from the property was absolutely breathtaking. There’s also a KTV system, Ping Pong, Football, and Mahjong, so there’s never a dull moment. The room itself was spacious, and I really appreciated the extra three-fold mattress provided for a comfortable sleep. The washroom was another highlight, with plenty of space, a luxurious bathtub, and an open view while you relax – such a great touch! This place is perfect for those looking to get away from the city and unwind in a peaceful, green environment. The only thing to note is that there can be mosquitoes and insects in the evening, but this is pretty typical for a serene, nature-filled location. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable retreat!
