Great stay, the house have everything that meet our need! It is better if you have vehicle, no convenient store around as this is a new place, but there is a new shopping mall nearby.... anyway we enjoy the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Kai Ling’s place! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family trip. In terms of value for money, this listing exceeded our expectations. Compared to other places we’ve stayed, the quality and comfort we received here were top-notch. It was a fantastic deal, especially for a family needing room to relax and enjoy the area. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. It's a very clean and neat unit with a great view! Great warm/hot shower! I stayed here ~2,5 months, and can totally recommend it. No insects, No cockroaches, very tidy. Faizal was vey responsive and ready to help with any issue.
