Monthly Rentals in Kountourata

This was just what we wanted for a week of peace and gorgeous surroundings ...easy access to lovely beaches for a swim and tavernas were great too ... we would love to return next year ... satisfied customers

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic Kefalonia Villa in the village of Spartia. A very peaceful place but with a lovely restaurant and a couple of small mini markets. The apartment was just as described and very clean. The cleaner came in every day and towels and bedding changed several times whilst we were there. The apartment is ideally located for trips to Argostoli and the beautiful beaches of Lassi - a 15 minute drive to them all. Thank you Paola and team

Absolutely lovely! The place is even nicer than on the Fotos, the view is stunning and the interior one of a kind. Marina, is an excellent host, super attentive, helpful and friendly. Recommend 10/10!

Katerina & her daughter were so friendly, helpful and just lovely. It couldn’t have been a better location for Spartia beach. The beach was perfect for our 11 & 7 year olds. The home is classic old-skool, oozing beach style charm, simply wonderful - outdoor shower, 100% privacy, gated parking ….and we were even welcomed with a beautiful home cooked meal + popped in throughout our stay with boutique boxes of ice creams for the kids - thank you X
