Monthly Rentals in Kottamba Pitiya

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

The family who lives there is very warm. English is not its strength but still the communication works. There was delicious food.

It was a great stay at Ravi’s place. Mrs Visaka and the team were very friendly and very helpful. Amazing food and great hospitality. We felt very comfortable and it’s a stone throw away from the beach.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kuliyapitiya! It was a 5-star experience all the way. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, and the level of privacy was just what we were looking for. The inclusion of two bedrooms, each equipped with AC, was a delightful surprise. We had all the amenities and essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
