Clean and had all the essentials. Situated up in the hills with lots of greenery around. Close ride into Kandy town. Responsive host, and appreciated the flexibility to check in a bit early. There is a lift for luggage (not for people) and the apartment is a walk up of a few flights of stairs which was fine for us, but wouldn’t be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility challenges. Apartment has ensuite bathrooms and AC. Overall good value, recommended. Thank you.

We truly loved our stay at Mango Bloom and so we extended it. It's truly one of nicest places we've stayed in from all the Airbnb locations. This cosy cottage has a lot to offer in terms of comfort, convenience, available amenities, quite safe location and the best and most congenial hosts that I've ever met. Hi Sharmilla, We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tranquillity. The garden and surroundings are stunning, with beautiful pools leading into a vast palm forest and nature reserve. The tranquility is incredible—just birdsong and the sounds of nature all around. Sunil, the caretaker, was amazing. He helped with everything, from getting fresh fruit at a local farm to arranging a tuk-tuk. Such a kind and attentive person! We felt truly pampered and completely relaxed. We choose Dinesh’s place because it was close to the airport and initially just wanted a place to sleep. But to our surprise, the stay succeeded our expectations. Firstly Dinesh replied right away and helped us answer any questions. The villa was very clean, big rooms, cosy shared areas, big pool and a big garden surrounding the place. It is in the countryside, so quiet and relaxing surroundings. Dinesh and his crew were extremely helpful: helped with tuk tuk, drove us to the supermarket, recommended restaurant, they served us really good breakfast and dinner and even delivered things to help my husband get better with his cold. Highly recommend this place and thank you for having us☺️

I absolutely loved staying at the apartment! One of my goals was to feel like a true local living in Colombo, and this spot nailed it. The complex felt safe with good security.Getting into the apartment was a breeze—no keys to stress about losing (thank goodness!). The apartment has great light, and was cozy and spotless—just perfect. And can we talk about Leedons? So responsive and attentive—they really made the whole experience a joy!

Mr Sudam is a very good and helpful host. I was staying with my 2 toddlers and Mr Sudam was very helpful and accommodating. The house is very neat and tidy. We had initially planned a longer stay but had to cut down our stay due to family issues back home, but Mr Sudam understood our situation n helped us in every possible way. All in all a very satisfying stay and an excellent host and wonderful property.

We spent some nights at Sahan's homestay. Sahan's friend gave us a ride from the airport to the accommodation for a fair price, slightly more than an Uber, but it was convenient as we didn’t have to worry upon arrival. We received a warm welcome from his wife, Piimi, and his mother, as Sahan was away. To greet us, they offered a fresh king coconut. You’ll share the house with Sahan’s wonderful family and possibly other guests from the two additional rooms, but the bathroom is all yours. Every day, we enjoyed delicious, authentic meals prepared by Sahan’s mother, charged at 1,500 rupees, comparable to restaurant prices in the south. There were many mosquitos, so we asked Sahan for a mosquito net, which Piimi provided, ensuring we could sleep peacefully. Be cautious in the bathroom! The beach is just a short 5-min walk away. The path goes through some wilderness where you might spot monkeys, lizards, and plenty of dogs. The secluded beach is mostly deserted, with some stray dogs.
