Serhat is amazing, kind host, who helped my family with all their needs during the 2 months stay. Very fast reply and reaction on every our request. Serhat was very procative, brought extra water, fruits, presents. We felt like we were his family members. The place is new, very near to the beach which was very convenient. A bit noisy outside due to cars, but it is easy to get used to it. Everything was clean and enough space for 4 adults. Overall 5 stars experience! I would recommend to stay in his place!

I lived in the apartment for 2 weeks, we had good communication with the host. The apartment was completely clean and there was kitchen equipment and clean sheets ,towels. Very spacious and spacious rooms have a large balcony with sea views. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the supermarkets and shops. It is 8-9 minutes walking distance to the sea and has a great sandy beach. There is a safe and peaceful environment in the complex. Sauna,hammam , pool ,barbecue,children's playgrounds ,indoor parking are available. It was a nice stay. I would definitely recommend checking it out and staying at Ruhi's homes with peace of mind.😊

We have really enjoyed our stay at Demet's place. He's been an incredible host. Always ready to help, gave advice, helped with practical information, and responds quickly to messages. The place was nice, the view amazing and we enjoyed the pool. A small minus was the noise from the road that we hadn't thought of would be so loud. But, the view, the beach, and everything else outweighed it. An improvement we would suggest will be blackout curtains in the living room as now the home has a sofa bed in the living room. We would worth a time to recommend a stay with Demet.

We had a pleasant time in Alanya and the small apartment in a clean house. The decor has everything you need for a long-term vacation. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are supermarkets, restaurants and markets. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we stocked up fresh fruit and vegetables at the weekly market. A highlight was the sauna with jacuzzi and pool on rainy days. The team with Camilla was friendly and always available and helpful with problems such as wifi and power outages. Sad was the view from the window and balcony to a shabby house front on the sunless side.
