We really liked Serhat's apartment. Great location: Alanya promenade is a 2-minute walk - you just need to cross a couple of roads, an incredible view of the sea from the main balcony. On it, by the way, you can admire the sunsets and have breakfast with the whole family. We spent a lot of time there and in the evenings. A little noisy from the highway and the mosque, which is nearby (we were during Ramadan), but we quickly got used to it and did not pay attention even at night. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, pleasant to be in. Serhat is a very attentive host - he met us with a treat, helped us with parking, brought fresh semitas and pies for breakfast (because what a real Turkish breakfast can do without Semites (smiley)). Thank you so much for your hospitality! We really liked Alanya, so we dream of returning here again

The apartment is large, not new, but cozy. My wife, I and our child were comfortable. If you plan to check in early, please let us know in advance, as the apartment has standard check-in and check-out times. There is a crib. The beaches are 10 minutes' walk away. The management company's office is in the same building - this is very convenient (when we found cat hair on the sofa, the management company quickly sent a cleaner to fix the problem). I would like to thank Mr. Shahin - he helped us solve all our issues during the stay. The only thing I missed was an oven, otherwise everything was great!

Lovely property at a great price. Super clean with great modern amenities. Only small issue may be distance from Alanya main center. Otherwise it was absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend.
