Monthly Rentals in Koloa

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and thought the condo was a great price for hawaii. However it was a bit outdated and in need of some upgrades-stained and old countertops in kitchen and bathroom. But the hosts tried to do their best to make up for it with nice amenity basket and well stocked kitchen with beach chairs and small cooler too. Tv in the bedroom was tiny and didn’t work well but not the end of the world. Also just to note the ac unit is only in the living room. No ac in the bedroom. It was cool enough overall but did get warmer at night because we closed the bedroom door as our kids slept on the pullout couch in the living room. Big nice lanai looking out to the gardens but the chairs and floor and stuff was pretty dusty when we got there. This unit is on the outskirts of the property so private and quiet.

Private area, great place to stay. We were there are New Years and there were a ton of fire works to hear, would need to drive or walk around the neighborhood to see clearly since the place is on the lower end of the hill/neighborhood, but super chill place. Definitely quiet area, so not a place of you’re looking to be social. Enjoyed the star gazing and pigs/chicken neighbors as well. 🌺

We had a great stay. A very convenient unit, peaceful, with views of the ocean from the small lanai. Probably one of the more private units. Easy to find, park, and check in. Instructions were very clear. Walkable to a great restaurant and a fantastic snorkeling beach. Didn’t need the ac, weather was very pleasant. Unit was super clean, exactly like the photos.
