Absolutely beautiful. Surroundings are just surreal. Amazing space and feel to the whole place. So happy I stayed here! Would 100% recommend. Also the breakfast every morning, wow. Cherry on top! Thank you so so much

We really liked the design of the apartment and enjoyed the very nicely done pool. Unfortunately the apartment surrounded by more plants and with a nice terrace in the shadow, which we deliberately booked, was already taken by a yearly renter. It was a very quiet place on a small hill, which was well reachable with a taxi or the motorbike in 5 minutes from the fisherman’s village (25 min. by foot).

A small great cabin on lamai beach, simple stand with beach front side. Quiet to calm surroundings. About 30 minutes walk on the beach to the main entrance lamai beach. Just enjoy yourself here. (The Ps mattress is probably time to get replaced. )

My stay was very good I enjoyed every moment There is an excellent WiFi, Marissa answered quickly and helped with every request And also the staff was very nice Thank you Marissa

The mobile home was beautiful and clean .. a little less space, but that didn't matter. It was quiet

This is a gem. A lovely home with direct access to the beach and walking distance to the main street with restaurants and shops. Very peaceful in the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend!

Dear Chisa and Narut, dear Shane and Tiw, We would like to thank you once again for providing us with an unforgettable stay at your tiny home! :-) Your wonderful hospitality already started before we arrived and continued to the very last moment when you Shane drove us back to the Pier! The location is just perfect on Koh Phangan and with a motorbike easy accessible (even easier was the bike rental from Tiw). The home has a new and modern, yet still simple interieur with bright colors from the wodden furniture and white walls. The AC provided us with pleasently cool nights, and cooled the room (due to its size) within 1-2 minutes with minimal effort when coming home from a hot day. The shower and toilet are clean and are presented in an natural design which enhances the holiday-feeling and inspires for bathroom changes at home. If we would replan our holidays we would definitively stay longer on Koh Phangan and at your tiny home! We wish you all the best and khop khun mak khap!! J+M

We arrived in Koh Samui as early as 6am tomorrow. Check in was at 3pm. The hosts knew this and tried to get the apartment ready earlier. At 1 pm we were allowed in. That was really great😊. Communication was great and the view was a dream ! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place 🤗

This is a true oasis! We loved our stay. Phoebe is an extraordinary host. We really were able to unwind away from everything. We seeked some quietness and found this gem. The views from the pool/breakfast/farmhouse is stunning the gym is very well equipped for different sports. Thank you for everything!

The tiny house was very clean and new - I loved that bugs and insects couldnt come inside due to the sliding doors and mosquito nets in front of the bathroom window gaps. Beautiful garden, very friendly host, yummy breakfast which I was only able to eat once due to my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

I was travelling to the island to train in Muay Thai at one of the local gyms and was super excited to come to stay at the Boulder Group and spend some time on the island. It was everything I had imagined it would be and more. The hosts were super communicative prior to my trip and during, if I needed anything it was immediately sorted. They gave a list of recommendations for the island and the best dishes to eat at each place. I hired a motorbike from them too, they also helped me organise alternative transport to and from the pier. The area is really calm, peaceful and safe. The rooms are small but you have an outdoor seating area and good storage options. There's a cafe on site for coffee and light bites. It's a little more expensive than some places, but I would say it was worth every penny. Thankyou so much for an amazing trip and am ready to book my trip with you again next year!

Very nice and cosy place to stay. The house was very clean, the hostess often visited and helped if something was not working. There is everything you need for life and even more: candlesticks, fumigators, first aid kit. There is a beautiful garden and a table with benches around the house, we often had lunch there. The garden is constantly taken care of, it was a pleasure to do yoga behind the house. The hostess is very responsive and polite, always came to the rescue. The location is beautiful, close to shops, cafes and a night market, a lot of good rents for renting a bike. 3 km to the beach From what I didn't like: there is a construction site right in front of the house, only on the spot. Also, there are many windows in the house and large cracks in the windows, but there were practically no insects. The hostess met us halfway and made a mosquito net on the door, but it would be great to make a net on the windows in the bedroom so that we could ventilate the room. Also, our refrigerator did not work for a week, then the hostess resolved this issue. In general, I liked everything, we highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.
