Beachfront vacation rentals in Koh Samui

The beautiful little house by the sea was a wonderful experience. The decor is simple, and in a few places something could be repaired. Nevertheless, the quiet location and the fantastic view have made the stay very special.

I loved this home!! So beautifully done, felt really special and built for comfort. It was a little oasis set back from Sri Thanu, being surrounded by the lovely gardens so happy I found it. Would highly recommend

We had a great stay! Tania was very helpful with everything (scooter, transfer etc.). The apartment was as expected end well equipped. We would recommend to check out the Ban Tai beach nearby!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

Great establishment, Marketa also had a good breakfast beside the Airbnb! Highly recommended!

We arrived from a 5 star suite in Bangkok for our honeymoon. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and responded straight away to any questions. We hired a bike from the host for a week. This saves so much on taxi’s around the beautiful island. They gave us incredible recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The house is very traditional Thai style. It’s very basic but the location and the view are STUNNING!!! You literally feel like you have your own private beach. We’ve had such a wonderful week. Thank you we’ve got memories to cherish forever.

Exactly as described. Ian and Janette were great, welcoming hosts who live onsite so always available if needed. Quiet location, not busy but close enough taxi ride to everything you want.

Truly incredible! Words can’t describe quite how amazing this cali beach house is. Location is perfect right in the mix but also accessible to all sides of island and beaches. The best experience ever!! We could not speak more highly of our incredible stay. Pannipa and Markus are the most welcoming, friendly hosts who go above and beyond. The villa is absolutely outstanding, the photos don’t do justice to how truly beautiful the view and whole villa actually is! If you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing place to stay you cannot find a better place. We loved our stay and the whole experience, the memories we created are priceless. We recommend everyone should stay here, you will not be disappointed - if we could give 10 stars we would! We hope to visit again in the future as we loved it so much!!

They responded promptly and assisted with everything, from booking taxi services and massages to offering great recommendations for attractions and restaurants in the area. The villa was impeccably cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If we return to Koh Samui, we would gladly stay here again.

Breathtaking, Outstanding, Gorgeous Recommended big time.

Villa is in a nicely maintained project with large communal and child-friendly swimming pool on the beach. Beach is nice and quiet. Villa has 2 private parking spaces in front of the door. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 young children aged 1 to 7. House is very spacious. Just like all rooms. Downstairs 3 bedrooms, all of which have well-functioning air conditioning. 2 rooms of which share a large bathroom. The 3rd room has an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet which is ideal for placing a baby bed. 4th bedroom with air conditioning is upstairs near the living room with bathroom next to it. The private pool is spacious and beautiful. Communication with owner Dom and villa manager Mimi is fast and pleasant. Would advise them to do some maintenance in the bathrooms and buy some new utensils. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! It's lovely home

From the first minute we felt at home with Kim and in the little paradise. The bungalow is as described and is located directly on the sea only the great massage hut is still in front of it. It's very simple, but incredibly loving and beautifully decorated. You are in the middle of nature and through the sea breeze and the shade of the palm trees you can only get away with the fan. Even if the weather did not play along and the wind has washed a lot of water up the beach, we would have liked to stay longer!!! This place, Kim and her great family stay in our hearts and definitely on our wishlist👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful Airbnb right on the water about a 10 Min walk to a great coffee bar and 15 min to restaurants and an amazing market. The property itself is huge two lovely bedrooms and really nice bathrooms. Kitchen just about has everything you need we cooked at home most nights. Jillian was really helpful welcomed us out of hours and showed us around. There is a deposit and an addition fee for electrify but this seem common at Thai air bnbs. This house is set in a property with other houses and a communal pool but the upstairs balcony is private and you have your own plunge pool that we didn’t use much. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host went above and beyond by picking us up from the pier, which made us feel so welcome from the start. The cottage was an absolute dream—right on the beach, with the sea just steps away, perfect for a swim. The yellow Vespa was such a fun and unique addition, making exploring the area even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The area itself is stunning, with so much to see and do. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We spent 10 days as guests of the bungalow, we had a very good time! Thidaporn and her friend Izabell were very kind and available to our every request. The kitchen is equipped and the house is full of electrical outlets and countertops, which are often incomprehensibly scarce in many other similar situations. The beach is not among the most beautiful in Koh Phangan, but it enjoys wonderful sunsets and a tranquility and peace difficult to find elsewhere on the island. There is also a Resort, a short walk away, where you can enjoy discreet massages, a pool and a great restaurant (I recommend the languages to the marinara). It was ten days of peace, sea and tranquility. Recommended for everyone! 👍

Little heaven. We had some wind from East so waves, but as soon as the weather was good, the cove turns into a beautiful private lagoon, great snorkeling. Villa 5 min by scooter from all shops and restaurants. As indicated on the advertisement this villa is made for 4 couples ( with or without children), we were 5 couples, it poses a problem of privacy because there are not 6 bedrooms with king size bed but 4 large bedrooms with king size bed two of which have a small adjoining room ( separated by sliding window without sound insulation) with sofa bed, more conducive to children. The staff is discreet, and kind. The villa is very well kept. The view is magnificent, 2 kayaks 1 place and one of two places available very pleasant to walk. Adam is super responsive, I highly recommend this magical villa.

We all had 10 - 4 adults and 6 children a wonderful experience in the lovely villa. The location of the house is eminent. Right down to a beach with the most beautiful sunset. The hosts Tony and Pawn took great care of us. On our last night, they set up an amazing dinner for us and were of great help when we asked.

Beautiful place away from the chaos and movement! Very peaceful area, not very touristy and with very good and traditional Thai cuisine nearby restaurants! Perfect for relaxing
