Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

I was so happy to stay at Marketa & Tomas’s place. It’s located in a quiet side street right by Hin Kong Beach, just a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and the beach. Unbeatable location in Srithanu if you want to stay close to the center but avoid the busiest part. The apartment is spacious, clean and fresh. The only thing is the bed is hard, so if you’re sensitive to that you might find it uncomfortable. Marketa & Tomas are lovely, friendly people and super easy to communicate with. Happy to stay here again next time!

We really enjoyed the stay here very much. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach. You can hear the nearby road a little, but it didn't bother us. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. We also got some good tips on things to do from the host. Through the host, there is also the possibility to rent a scooter cheaply. We would come back.

Basic, but beautiful… This accommodation is simple but has everything you need, it’s right on the beach and well worth visit for a lovely island getaway! We really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and listening to the sounds of the sea. There’s lovely restaurants within walking distance and everything else you need is a quick drive away. Zahra was great to communicate with as well, both before arriving and she was kind to check in on us during the stay.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Dear Pannipa, Markus, and Lana, Thank you for the unforgettable stay in your amazing villa! We felt right at home from the start. The scooter rental was super easy – Pannipa organized a 400cc scooter for us and arranged for its pickup at the end. The road to the villa is smooth and well-lit, so no worries about steep hills. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to escape the crowds of Koh Samui. The area is peaceful, with no big resorts around. The view is stunning, with sights of nearby islands, Surat Thani, and more. The pool with that view is a dream! We appreciated Pannipa’s help – she quickly recommended a fantastic restaurant when we asked. Markus and Pannipa both speak excellent English and German, which made everything much easier. The cleanliness, filtered water, and top-notch facilities were truly impressive – high German standards. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to return! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

We chose the place for a final few days of rest during our two-week trip to Thailand, where we were well cared for by the host, all our wishes were fulfilled at an express pace. We really appreciate the possibility of washing and ironing, a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the opportunity to take advantage of the on-site massage. Thank you so much, it's a pity our stay was so short.

absolutely beautiful little villa on a calm peaceful part of the beach... absolute paradise. I was in love with how picturesque everything was with a door that opens to face the ocean just steps away.. the cutest little frog on the bamboo towel rail near the pool too! if you get the chance to stay here I'd say grab it!

It was such an amazing experience staying at dariush place! so peaceful and beautiful. we had everything we needed, we didn't leave the house, not even once. thank you dariush for your hospitality and communication, you've been a great host!!

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

This was our second stay here and once again was perfect for us. Quiet and peaceful retreat right on the beach with numerous lovely restaurants a few minutes walk up the beach. Great massages next door and the sea is as warm as bath water. We have come home revived and relaxed. Thank you hope to see you again soon.

My family and I loved staying here. The location is wonderful - incredible view and so close to lots of brilliant places to eat. The house is really stylish, practical and was super clean. Jillian is an extremely warm and friendly host. She met us on arrival and gave us loads of tips for places to visit. Sasi, the villa manager, arranged heavenly massages and laundry for us. We loved Sea la Vie restaurant next door and Cafe KOB down the road. Can’t recommend enough. Hope we can return one day!

We were really satisfied with the stay and the host. We were invited to an app group with the host for communication. This really went very smoothly. If anything came up, they came to fix it right away. Location is very central and right on the beach. The accommodation is a bit small, but it is also indicated in the photos. No problem for us. Everything was very clean. For the stay you have a piece of private property, and for that is the beach (public). So people can take a seat there
