Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Koggala Lake

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment, it was a great place to base ourselves and travel around Galle and the southern beaches each day. If we had any issues, they were responded to quickly and efficiently. The apartment security is very good, and so helpful having a supermarket in the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Kris fully deserves his 'superhost status'! He answered any texts, and questions extremely promptly, he was very helpful and we felt totally at home as soon as we walked into the apartment. He even helped us extend our visas!! The apartment is as described and pictured. We loved the balcony and even if the weather wasn't great, the balcony was a lovely place to sit. The apartment is full of lovely little touches, the lighting for us, was perfect, as were the fans and A/C. For us, the location was great, 2.5km walking to the tourist area. Plenty of small shops around and a supermarket 1.5kms distance. Kris is also a great cook!! For a very reasonable cost, we had 4 meals prepared by him and bought to our balcony - the food was as good, if not better, than some restaurants. He also has his own tuk tuk which was great!! I would absolutely recommend booking his apartment and I am verh much looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Kris and your lovely family

I arrived a little later than expected and found communicating with Sumudu very easy. Sumudu's wife greeted me with fresh juice. The place was clean and the hosts were quick to respond when I asked them to remove a couple ants. The mosquito nets over the bed are effective. It's an easy walk to the main strip of town, including the beach, and as a solo female traveller I felt safe and comfortable walking around at all hours. The AC is *wonderful* so if you are someone who needs a cold and dry room away from the heat and humidity of outside, this is a perfect spot. Please note that the AC is only in the bedrooms, not the common area. This review is specific to the apartment on the top floor; as described in the listing, you will share the beautiful garden with whomever is staying downstairs. It's easy to cohabitate because you have separate keys, doors, etc. Washing machine worked well, please note you'll have to buy your own detergent (easy to get). I would stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at these apartments near Galle with my friend. We came for surfing, and the spot was just a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride away, which was super convenient. The apartment was great, and we spent our days surfing and relaxing. The host was very responsive and always happy to offer helpful advice on various things, making our stay even better. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a surf trip in Sri Lanka!

Very welcoming family upon arrival and right up until we leave they helped us with what ever we needed. Location is little out the way from the main strip but Tuk Tuk and bike hire is very cheap so isn’t an issue. Would recommend

Great welcome from Amila and her family. The house is a little out of the way, but Alima transports us wherever we want. The price is reasonable and displayed in the room. Alima and his wife cooks very well. We would recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and appreciated all the thoughtful details. Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

Very nice place, good location, spacious villa, welcoming host

With Sunil as host we always felt safe and relaxed in the house. We had service from the staff 24/7 if we wanted. The breakfast was amazing and Sunil listened to our requests. We never left the breakfast hungry 😋. He fixed us breakfast boxes even when we left as early as 04:00 in the morning. Sunil has a background as travel guide and can help you on site with local arrangements. Even though the ocean is quite wild the beach had few people and you felt sometimes that you were alone on the beach. You can’t lay on your back and float around because of the wave’s that never ends. If you want that you need to take a 200 meter walk on the beach or a tuktuk 5 minutes to a big calm beach, Unawatuna.

wonderful colonial villa in quiet neighborhood. there as a bit of confusion at check in but that was sorted out easily . Nice staff and responsive manager , who recommended us to go to a very nice beach side restaurant " la tartaruga" in Unawatuna! highly reccommended

I can't really review LSC Villa, because we didn't stay there, we stayed in another villa nearby. The villa we did stay in was very nice, though, spacious and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/seating area, well equipped kitchen and a nice garden. The hosts, especially Nuwan, were very friendly and helpful and resolved any issues quickly. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilia’s place. The house is just as described, literally right on the beach with the picturesque Indian Ocean right at the back door of the house. We were well looked after by Sasha and Praboth and had delicious meals. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a month here – it's almost a perfect place! The Internet is ideal for work, including video calls. Comfortable bed with new mattress. The bathroom is a delight! The toilet and shower are separated from each other, and the hot water is really unlimited hot water and with great pressure. The kitchen has everything except the Turks for making coffee, but it's a small thing. We made friends with our dogs and played often. They really bark, but only when someone comes, which in our case was very rare. The hosts are wonderful people, it was easy and pleasant to communicate on all issues. There is no noise insulation between our and neighboring apartments at the expense of a thin door in an adjacent wall. We rented this apartment too and used them as a separate office. When someone arrives at the villa, you can hear absolutely everything that happens on the street at any time of the day. In any case, my rating is 10 out of 10 because all the listed pros more than compensate for the minor shortcomings. Thank you!

Very modern, high standard flat in a gated complex on the outskirts of Galle. It took about 10 mins to get to Galle Fort by Tuctuc and about 5 mins to get out onto the motorway (if doing car tours). Would recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.
