This property is very conveniently located. The dedicated parking spot is very helpful as the property is located in a prime area,where, even paid parking is next to impossible to find at most times. The apartment is clean and very spacious.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Upon arrival, the host, Sunumon, greets you warmly, providing clear instructions and all the necessary information for your stay. He is genuinely committed to ensuring a seamless experience and is always available to assist when needed, checking in periodically to ensure your comfort. His caretaker, Ajay, is incredibly friendly and responsive, offering immediate assistance with just a phone call. Whether you need something from the market or require help with laundry, Ajay is ready to assist, often within minutes. Having stayed at numerous Airbnbs around the world, I can confidently say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

My five-day stay at Heavenstone in Cochin was a pleasant and basically positive one. The place was clean and comfortable for the time I was there, and I had no challenges with the location since I had my own transport which was safely parked at the base of the building. I never had the pleasure of meeting the actual host; but I had reliable communication with him via text, and direct personal contact with his father who was the caretaker. A few challenges I had with slow-to-materialize hot water and some needed culinary items were readily resolved by text with the actual host. I appreciated his responsiveness to my concerns and the steps he took to resolve several issues. I would recommend this place for a solo traveler or even for two people who are closely connected and compatible. It is small with minimal operational kitchen space, but its newness and cleanliness make up for such a limitation. I would be pleased to stay there again sometime down the road.

If you are looking for a peaceful spot, facing the beach with a unique sunset, close to restaurants with a menu offering fresh fishes fished in the morning from the coast.. Then I can only recommend you come here. You will be greeted by Sebastian, surely the most touching host we have ever had so far. He has a great sense of hospitality, is always available to advise as he knows everyone there, with a huge generosity... A big thank you to him for making our stay so much pleasant. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend the backwaters on a sunrise... We will definitely come back again! <3

The stay was a pleasure as any help required was promptly given. John went above and beyond to ease the stay. Arranging cars or ricks, responding to calls quickly, and I must say it is also a very safe place to stay if one is a solo traveller. There is no disturbance from the neighbors and the apartment had all the amenities required to make the stay comfortable.

The place was really beautiful, just like the pictures. The sea view from the property was absolutely stunning! It’s a lovely spot and such a great deal for the price. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Kochi. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place with a great view!
