Monthly Rentals in Ko Lanta District

We had a great stay in the tiny house. It has everything one would need, it‘s clean and on top of everything, is located very close to the beach (1-2mins walking distance). The only thing to note would be that it’s quite close to a major street and a mosque, which can sometimes make it a bit noisy during nights. Communication with Mr King is easy and helpful. Would definitely revisit!

Great location. Very clean apartment and modern. We extended our week stay by a few more days we loved it that much. Easy to find and host very good at communicating.

The suite was clea and spacious. The staff was great and helped get us transportation and tours. It was off the main drag and up a hill about 0.6 miles from the beach according to Apple Maps rather than the 500 meters they advertised. That worked out well for us since we are in the mid- sixties and enjoyed the more peaceful laid back atmosphere. We got to know some of the other guests and really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was well appointed and the heat and water pressure were great. The major complaint would be about trying to walk the hill. We did it once ( Downhill) but not up. While providing some good sunami protection, mopeds with side seats didn’t have the power to make it up the driveway so they would meet us along the road (about 50 meters). We soon found a reliable truck taxi driver who was great and we used him on all of our later expeditions to the night market area or to sunset dinner trips.

We had a wonderful 1 month stay with our two young children. The pools were fantastic, the free shuttle service was greatly appreciated and the accommodation is a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again
