We had a wonderful stay! Great location that is close to many things to do in the area. Unit was very clean, spacious, & had everything one could need. Quiet and peaceful with a nice balcony looking over the river. Thank you for sharing your space!

David was very quick to respond anytime I reached out. Apartment is very close to downtown making it easy to explore but was very quiet and safe. Everything was as described in the listing and we really enjoyed our stay!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Second time staying here. Definitely consider myself a regular here. It’s so peaceful and feels like home

Susan was a wonderful hostess for us over the holiday! The space was great for us and our 3 dogs - it felt like staying at a family's house. She made check-in very easy and appreciated the VIP parking spot :) Her communication was superb including around the rooms with helpful notes and guides.

the condo was easy to find, clean, and comfy. we would stay there again!

The host was great always answering my questions, a breathtaking place for our big family & lots of room beds were so nice plenty of restrooms and places to sit outside and in , the hot tub was too good to get in the heat only went to 87 but thats ok we played games we brought , we are wanting to stay again in the summer do the younger adults can fish and boat

This place left my family and I speechless the moment we walked in, the home is beautiful and very homey! Everything was spotless clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the coffee bar! My family loved the Christmas tree and decorations the home had, made our stay very unique since we were there for the holidays! Kristal sent instructions for the hot tub, she was very helpful and attentive, making sure we had a nice stay, which we did. We definitely coming back to this place again. We absolutely love it so much, my family already looking forward to our next stay!!

Great location! Recommend the hot tub boats. This was a hit with the family! Responsive host that responded quickly to any questions we had thru out the stay. Once as you leave the property it is a Straight shot to the strip in Gatlinburg which is about 15-20 minutes away!

House was comfortable and great size for what we needed. Beds were comfy and loved having king beds and 3 full bathrooms! Plenty of space for the 8 people we were traveling with and conveniently located. Jes was very responsive when I had questions. It was awesome to have nice TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen was very nice.

Could probably use a different cleaning crew. However, the place was lovely! Location great, property, beautiful & peaceful. The beds were great, clean, & plentiful. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating, & friendly. Even the lake itself was larger & more beautiful than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a local volleyball tournament at the convention center and it was perfect! We were able to walk to the convention center without fighting to find parking. It was a private apartment and perfect for a little weekend stay. Easy check-in process and very proactive host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

Nice place for a family of 4 or 2 couples to vacation together. Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge but off the main road. We did a lot of walking. Beautiful stream runs behind the condo.

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

The host Jackie was great from start to finish. She answered every question. Gave us a card and chocolates for our 24 wedding anniversary. The condo was immaculate. Very beautiful, and quiet. Go out the back deck and there was a creek 50’ from us. The whole experience with Jackie was grade A. Will definitely be going back, will definitely be doing business with Jackie again!

Really enjoyed our weekend at Kerri’s place, definitely recommend to others and I’m likely to book again. The unit is very spacious and the balcony was perfect to sit out and listen to the water and the ducks.

Absolutely loved the location and our room! Our family of 6 was very comfortable and felt right at home 🏡
