Monthly Rentals in Kitsilano Beach

I spent one month in this apartment and it was extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend it! Also, I will be happy to stay here again during my next trips. The building is quite old but in very good condition. Besides, it has a pool with an amazing view on the roof. The neighbors were friendly. One of the biggest pluses of this apartment is the location! It is a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. You can easily reach almost any place in downtown in 30 mins by foot. Plus, I found a lot of cafes and shops in this area. Noreen is a good host, very helpful, responsible, and always ready to help. The apartment is not big, but it was enough for me. It has a dedicated working space, comfortable bed, well equipment kitchen. Furthermore, I found everything that I needed for a long stay to feel like a home. In addition, I stayed during the winter period and it was warm inside.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The downtown location is close to everything, including stores, restaurants, transit, and the beautiful seawall. The place has great amenities and is exceptionally clean and comfy. The office desk, chair, and fast and reliable WiFi are perfect for work from home. The rooftop also has stunning views of the sunset. Mj is a super friendly and kind host. She is very responsive and recommended amazing places to visit. I stayed for a few months and felt right at home. Highly recommend this stay in Vancouver and would definitely come back!

Loved the space and the location. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The area was safe and walkable. John helped us with the parking. The only complaint is that the WiFi was slow.

Deb went over and above for our Family’s Christmas stay in Vancouver with Christmas decorations and thoughtful touches . She had a welcome starter supplies in the fridge for breakfast , eggs , milk , bread etc etc . The home was fully stocked with supplies for cooking , cleaning and toiletries . We’ve been using BnB for years and never have I experienced this level of hospitality , and a place so well set up . Truly a reflection of Deb’s thoughtfulness . There aren’t enough superlatives .. The communication was great , there’s a great grocery store around the corner , and one of the best sushi restaurants , and ice cream shops in Vancouver a block away .
