Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kirkwood

Stayed here a few nights on a recent ski trip with friends. House is exactly as described, super clean and with great amenities. Special call out for crystal clear hot tub water - this is rarely the case with most Airbnb rentals but this one looked very fresh. Great communications with the host as well.

Beautiful home. Fit 14 guests perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for 4 days. Would highly recommend staying here. So much space in this home for multiple families.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorena’s place, kids love the hot tub and spacious house. Walkable to Murphy’s downtown.

It's nice to stay on Airbnb, where the hosts care and pay attention to the comments of the guests. We saw that earlier people left reviews about the lack of cutlery, dishes and spices. So the owner, having listened to the review, bought a lot of spices and new utensils and made his house even more cozy! During our stay, we lived in a very clean and adorable house, bathed in a jacuzzi when it was snowing, warmed ourselves by the fireplace with natural wood and drank wine, the hosts of which rested to us as a compliment. This is definitely a solid 5, thank you for caring!

The house was amazing , so spacious, plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The open floor plan was awesome and the downstairs was fabulous , so many bedrooms and bathrooms, it was great for our family. The house had everything we needed. The view from back deck was so pretty , you could see the lake , beautiful sunrises and just the beauty of the forest around. We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands birthday with the family in such a tranquil setting. It is a short drive to Tahoe City and the beach, which we visited every day. The house stayed pretty cool with the ceiling fans and open windows, although some windows did not have screens and some windows were unable to open. We had a fabulous 9 day stay and look forward to staying again next summer. Shannon is a great host, responded promptly with any question I had . Thank you Shannon for sharing your beautiful home

We booked with Julia & Craig very last-minute and later in the day when weather conditions prevented us from reaching our initial rental in Truckee. They were highly-accommodating, very responsive, and in less than an hour of booking we were getting settled in at their rental. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and much nicer than what we were expecting to get for a day-of booking. Check-in was seamless and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. We will definitely be booking with Jule Vacation Rentals again if we're ever in the area. Thanks Julia & Craig!

Lori was a fantastic host. She was extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The home was beautiful and quite cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could imagine needing! There are three different flights of stairs to bedrooms, it was slightly challenging with a 2 year old who wants to climb everywhere. Very easily mitigated with baby gates. Would love to stay here again!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Bonnie's place was easily the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at - the hacienda was really cozy for our group of 10 and each room was decorated with such thoughtful pieces. We enjoyed the trail on the property itself as well as the proximity to Coloma and Placerville. And of course, Bonnie was an excellent host! She greeted us in person and was always a message away. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone with a large group

Had a great stay with friends at this luxury villa in the Sierra Mountains. Place was extremely clean and up to date. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely book again as it exceeded expectations!

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

The property was spacious and perfectly located. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven, with plenty of room to spare—we could have easily fit 10 people. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The pictures don’t lie! Great unobstructed views of the river with access to the rivers edge. Restaurants 10 minutes away in Pollock Pines were very good. Great balance between a retreat and access to mountain amenities.

This home was in the perfect location, 10 minutes to Heavenly and the Stateline. The neighborhood was picturesque and very private. And the cabin was exactly like the pictures. Dan and Ada were perfect hosts!

Abbie’s place in Twain Harte is amazing. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 5 and under and we stayed with another family of 4 with kids the same age. It was perfect for 2 families. There was a huge living room we could all hang out. It was a rainy weekend but the place was warm when we walked in. The kids LOVED the bunk room - they could even watch TV in their beds while the adults enjoyed cards and some wine downstairs. We ventured to Black Oak Casino for bowling - they had a kids zone with babysitting for $15/per hour which was an awesome unexpected surprise. The house was so cute and spacious. The kids even braved the hot tub in the rain. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Abbie!

Definitely listen to the host's instructions- maps will mislead you! We had a little trouble getting up the driveway due to muddy conditions, even with a 4WD car, but we managed around it and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful, and the cabin endlessly cozy, and well-equipped for a getaway. We had a great selection of movies, books, and games. Everything was clean and easy to use, and you just can't beat the privacy this place gives you. The short walk to the reservoir was also made easy with the host's instructions. My partner and I LOVED this stay and would love to return in the warmer seasons.

We took our grands who live in AZ up to the “Tahoe Cabin”. They had a blast playing and sledding nearby for the couple days we stayed. There was absolutely nothing we needed to bring (except for our food). The house as everything else you need! It is Exactly as pictured with comfy furniture and beds, plenty of extra blankets if you needed. The kitchen has dishes and silverware for 10+ people and cookware to make virtually any dish! You will definitely enjoy this house!

Our second stay at the cabin - perfect for families and pups! Has everything you could need, cozy and clean. We loved relaxing in the cabin, nice quiet neighborhood and easy drive to everything you’d like to check out in south lake. Thank you again Allison for the hospitality !
