Villa vacation rentals in Kirchberg in Tirol

We stayed with 10 people in the property on Fröstlberg. Eig. would be the check-in at 4 p.m., but we were before in Bramberg (Wildkogel) tobogganing and therefore did not arrive at the property until about 7:00 pm, which was no problem after consultation with the landlords. With winter tires and possibly 4-wheel drive, you can easily get to the cabin. Communication with the landlady was great and very easy. All in all, the place is definitely recommend it! It was a very nice short trip :)

It's an insane great place to stay. We rented the entire house for 12 and hid a great ski vacation. The apartments are exactly the same - the description of Bellvilla is not correct here. There are two bedrooms each on each floor with one Double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a huge living-dining area on each floor with a sitting area and a sleeping couch. The sauna is great. We strongly recommend to make direct contact with the residents, as communication via Bellvilla disturbs here. We highly recommend the holiday here. It is sparkling clean, there is everything you need and you can tell that the hosts themselves value the maintenance. It all looks like new. In addition, the accommodation is recommended for holidays with children. The homeowners have an organic farm next door where our city children were allowed to marvel at Hüner, cows and donkeys. Great!

Great location, good amenities of the house, the landlord was always available and very friendly, we felt very well taken care of!

We had a great stay at this house . The accommodation is very clean , a harbor of peace in the middle of the mountain. The person who welcomed us was very kind and she responded to any questions we had. We recommend this place to enjoy a holiday in Tyrol . The village of Fügen is very beautiful and has all the necessary shops.

It was a great chalet. We were 7 adults and it was ideal with the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space at the dining table. Unfortunately, due to the location around this time of year, there is almost no sun on the terrace and on the balcony, the chalets next to us have more sun.

We recently stayed at this lovely holiday home close to the mountains and had a wonderful experience. The home is located in a picturesque area with stunning views of the mountains and nearby tourist spots. It was a perfect holiday home for our family. The holiday home is spacious for a people of 6, clean, and well-maintained. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a living room. One of the unique features of the home is the terrace and windows from bedrooms that offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The location of the holiday home is perfect for anyone looking to explore the nearby Zell am See, Schmittenhohe, Grossglockner and It’s also the mid of Salzburg and Innsbruck. We were also lucky to see the first snow of the year 2023 from this beautiful home through the bedroom windows. The host was also friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful and memorable stay with stunning mountain views.

We went with family and friends for skiing and I have not expected that the house will be cleaned really well. With the kids we really needed privacy in each room. Advantage that you have shower in every room. Best house if you come to the region for skiing!

We had a great weekend with the family at this beautiful place. The rooms are like in a hotel and that there is a private bathroom for every room was a nice luxury. The kitchen is functional and is designed for larger groups with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. It's the most beautiful and best place we've had for our family weekends so far! One evening we ate in the Sahnealm - this is also highly recommended! The only "flaw" is the pillows. These are very large and full. Since we knew about the last stay, we just brought our own pillows. What would also be beneficial to the coziness are curtains in the kitchen. Then it wouldn't be that loud either... We stayed at this place for the second time and will be back for sure! Thank you for the nice time!

We had a great extended weekend with 8 adults on 2 levels of the Suttenhütte in picturesque surroundings. The comfortable cabin is a bit far from the shot, but is just the thing for people looking for relaxation or want to hike in the Sutten area. The ambiance is outstanding, the amenities meet high standards, the outdoor facilities are well maintained. A ball grill was available, so we could spend an unforgettable barbecue evening on the terrace with unmatched clear starry skies on the terrace in summer weather. By the way: Fox and deer stop by every now and then. We immediately felt comfortable and would have liked to stay a few days longer. Elisabeth and Jens were great hosts, always friendly and accommodating. Our predecessors didn't exaggerate in their reviews. We'll be back!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in the perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, a good equipment that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
