House vacation rentals in Kirchberg in Tirol

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Our stay was great for the 8 of us. We found the place cozy & felt very comfortable. Harald was very nice, relaxed and gave us good recommendations for the area. For our 3-day mini ski vacation, it was also really fine that the next ski lift in Scheffau (beautiful ski resort) was only about 30 minutes away. We will be happy to be back next year. Maria was very proactive about reaching us before our stay and explaining all the details and answering our questions. Location is really great, it is our second time in Rottach-Egern and we really loved it. House was really clean, but we have found out the covered areas like under the sofa and behind the doors were actually not cleaned very well. we didn't make it a big deal but it is just a suggestion check the cleaning people. There is nothing in the kitchen like salt, oil, coffee, basically you need to be really prepared before you come there. There are a lot of supermarkets around the house so although it would be convenient to have the basics at home, we didn't have any issue. I really recommend the house to families as the whirlpool outside and the garden were really fun with the kids.

We felt very comfortable, the 400-year-old house has been extensively renovated. We were there in winter and needed something to get the house warm, but it was quickly reached through the fireplaces and infrared heaters in all rooms. We will be happy to come back. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

great location, beautiful place, great view even from the sauna, great beds, spacious, everything you need for a medium or large group. great kitchen. even a got a fussball table. :)

It was a great experience. We had the business talk weekend. Many isolated rooms, a spacious kitchen, a quiet place, and an amazing landscape. A restaurant with a delicious kitchen is within reach. Fair price. All together it made our weekend unforgettable.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Totally cozy and equipped with everything you could ask for, really great!

Kerstin's house is located in a beautiful valley near the Saalach and is surrounded by the most beautiful mountains. It's a 5-minute walk to the river. Children in particular can play there excellently and, for example, build dams out of stones, make stones jump over the water and build stone towers. (stone-balancing) The best ski resorts in the world are in the vicinity. Fieberbrunn with connection to the Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang ski resort is about 35 minutes away. Zell am See is also easily accessible. The family ski resort Almenwelt Lofer is only 4 minutes away by car. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The beautiful tiled stove provides cozy warmth. Overall, nothing is missing. The house is detached and has a large, well-kept garden with several seating options. We were also allowed to use the garage. Kerstin is extremely friendly and always available. Clear 10 out of 10! We'll be happy to come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable with Andrea and Gottfried. The house has everything you need, the location was perfect for us to drive from there to several ski resorts. The communication was straightforward, you received a quick response and even one or the other special request was not an issue. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend it.

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

It was all very nice and we are looking forward to next time

The stay was really fantastic. The hosts were really very very kind and accommodating. We had some bumps to get through the snow with our car, and were kindly driven to the ski lift and picked up which was really very nice. We would definitely recommend installing snow chains in snow or parking the 250m in front of the snowy path and running the rest, which is also easy (if you are not an experienced snow driver like us). The place itself was adorable and really very private, ideal for couples looking for some peace and quiet. The private sauna and the hot tub were the absolute highlight, but the structure and design of the chalet was also very appealing to us. We will be happy to come back.

Very good stay, house as described. Very helpful and very available neighbor who helped us put the car in the garage during the snow season. I recommend this house.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Perfect house for a big group :)

Beautiful, well-furnished house with everything we needed for a long weekend.

Great place, close to ski areas and nice cross-country trails. The house has a beautiful dining room, the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds. Everything is clean. Isabell is very friendly and helpful.

Large house in quiet neighborhoods with very plenty of room for the four of us. Extremely clean! The beds were made and everything we needed was in place upon arrival, incredibly smooth accommodation in every way.

Warm, friendly and helpful hosts, very peaceful setting in beautiful Bavarian countryside, spacious and calming accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.
