This is a beautiful town with a very friendly vibe. Andrea was the perfect hostess, welcoming, hospitable and nothing was a problem. The cottage is divine and very comfortable and close to everything. We stayed here on the way to Killarney and only wish we could have stayed longer as Nenagh was so relaxing. We will return to Ireland and hopefully be able to stay here again if the cottage isn’t booked out! This is the perfect spot to base yourselves and explore Ireland! We had great recommendations for a local restaurant and pub, both were great establishments with wonderful atmospheres and great food! Andrea and her husband also gave great recommendations for things to do around the area which helped us streamline our plans and see more than we expected to. Beautiful setting and wonderful accommodation for relaxing getaway . House was stocked with food and drink to start our stay. Bedrooms felt like 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the tennis courts, hot tub and nature trail walk.

Martin was a very helpful and responsive host. We arrived in the evening to find the house opened with lights on and the stove lit, it was very welcoming on a cold night. The house is in a scenic location and is very peaceful and private. All the beds were comfortable with good storage in each room. The bathroom is bright and modern with plenty of hot running water. Extra towels were available for our use. The kitchen dining living space is extremely spacious with a double height ceiling. It’s a very attractive space and ideal for a young family. The kitchen was well kitted out with all the essentials for cooking and an abundance of tableware. There are plentiful ledges for food preparation, with a large table as well as an island. A separate utility was another useful feature. Martin was a flexible host which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend honeymoon cottage.

Always a pleasure to return to this countryside, quiet, peaceful, with the city and many nice restaurants. The accommodation is perfect, the hosts are very attentive, I recommend this great place. Close to major roads to Limerick, Shannon or Dublin.
