Monthly Rentals in Kerry Pike

I found John's place while searching for accommodation for me and my family when i was planning to travel from abroad to start work in Ireland. Having my family with me, i was nervous not knowing what to expect. To my delight, we felt right at home in the cozy little mobile home which was just the perfect size, and, more than anything else, living in John's house was like living with family. We enjoyed every minute of it stay there. We had access to not only the mobile home itself, but John's lovely backyard, storage sheds, washer/dryer and lots more. We felt at home from the moment we set foot, and that says alot because we are very picky. The surrounding parks and community is a treat in itself, where you go out on a walk wishing never to return. All amenities are near by including a supermarket. John's place will always hold a special place in our heart, because it was our first home in Ireland. It is a gem in such a low price.

The apartment looked new and fresh, with a good kitchen and Edgar is a good and friendly host. Bed is great and if you are going for rest and quiet, this is a good place. You definitely need a car, because the bus to Cork has been recently cancelled, and apart from a small supermarket there is nothing to see or visit in Ballyhaissig itself.

We stayed here for a month and loved the single level living and quiet neighborhood. From Cork City you can either walk up the hill, take a taxi, or take a bus. We preferred the 209 bus from the city center that drops you off more or less parallel to the AirBNB, it was easier with groceries. The neighborhood felt safe and the only noise we heard were the Shandon Bells, which were charming. The outside door opens to a small courtyard with a bistro table and the front door opens to a open concept living/dining/kitchen. To your right are the bedroom with a wardrobe and window, and through another door the bathroom. We loved having a washer and a large drying rack, the shower has excellent hot water and very good pressure, and opening our windows to catch the breeze. It's a very functional space for 2 people. Trash and recycling are just outside the door and regularly picked up. Colin was super friendly and kind, always responding quickly. A+ stay!

Outstanding Stay in Cork!!! I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was at this Airbnb! Finbar and Eva were exceptionally hospitable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place is new, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need to relax and feel at home. All facilities are in perfect condition. The area is peaceful, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and a bank nearby. Plus, the bus stops are just a minute's walk from the house, making it very easy to reach the city center by bus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! We highly recommend this beautiful place without any doubts and its amazing hosts!
