great location, with lots to do, good restaurants and bar, the location is one of the few dog friendly locations in penang. the apartment is nice and well located, it was clean and tidy

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We had a pleasant stay at Shinly's place. Very clean and comfortable. Like the fact that it has a washer and dryer.

The house and the host are the same as the pictures, the location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and the host is very considerate, will give all kinds of convenience, very recommended house, good price, all kinds of pots and pans, left us a very unforgettable memory

This was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The unit itself exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean and thoughtfully designed with the highest quality furnishings – from the luxurious full-grain leather sofa to the expansive smart TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including ample utensils, woks, and pans, making it perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our adventures. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a surprise to us, adding convenience and making our stay even more seamless. The location at By The Sea was ideal, just a short walking distance from the beach, offering breathtaking views. While there weren’t any traditional Malaysian-style coffee shops nearby, this was a minor trade-off for the tranquility and beauty of the area.

fantastic location with lots of hawker places to pick from. walking to the esplanades to enjoy the sea views was our highlight of our stay. Charles place is so nice and clean, feels so airy and bright with everything you need provided when we arrived. his attention to details made our stay feels right at home. highly recommended!

Allan's place was great. The apartment was clean and comfy, incredible views, pool was incredible too. We were able to cook and wash clothes which was great. The bedrooms were a good size and the balconies were great to relax on. There is a local shop only a few mins away walking plus lots of restaurants nearby too. The staff were friendly, it was very peaceful. We enjoyed swimming daily, looking at the views and watching the monkees in the trees nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

You felt right at home when you checked in. Love all about this home. Mairaz is indeed superhost. They provide the strong Wifi, you can work from this home. (wfh), you can do laundry, you can drink from the filtered water. aircind, water pressure all are good. thanks Mairaz.

I had an amazing stay at En. Fadzrin Homestay in Sungai Petani! The double-storey house is beautifully designed with a modern touch, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The interior is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel just like home. The facilities provided were excellent – from cozy bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully arranged for a hassle-free stay. The living area was comfortable, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shops, eateries, and main roads. En. Fadzrin was a fantastic host, responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience throughout the stay. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Sungai Petani. Will definitely return for another stay!

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. Great decorated house. Lovely for big group of 10. Garage with 2 parking spots and back entrance is very convenient. Only downside is top floor beds have quite a few winged ants.

you guys should try this house,very comfortable for 10-12 pax and clean yaaa. the location just nice for batu feringgi and gurney. we stay here 2 night for 10 pax,all of us enjoy and PUAS HATI LORRRR

Great place for families to stay for a day in a peaceful city on the way to Langkawi island (via ferry).

The accommodation was well-maintained, and it was nice to have bowls and seasonings so that you can cook and eat. When I contacted the host, I was touched by the quick feedback and kindness.

fantastic place! with lots lots of pillows and I the 2 queen beds in the room that was low so that its safe for my kids. alot of hangers to hang clothes, washer & dryer 2 in 1. Thanks Casey for the memorable stay!

Quiet place. Easy to locate via Grab. Stunning sea view. Sunset is breathtaking. Nice and kind Angent and owner. Very responsive. Will definitely recommend if you are trying to find peaceful place to live in.

Its a great place to stay. The view was outstanding, located next to plenty of restaurants with a new park just in front. Amenities wise, everything was as indicated. Parking was easy and the location is on one of the best spots in PH.

Very nice place, good condo. Convenient surrounding with different food choice. The only challenges is due to holiday the surrounding traffic is very busy.
