The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Perfect getaway from the touristy areas. The chalet was very clean and Koi made excellent food for us. We enjoyed reading books at the beach. Very friendly, relaxed athmosphere. Only con was the music occasionally coming from the city/boats.

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!

Jamie and Alvin’s place was the ideal stay for us throughout our week long trip in Penang. Beautifully decorated, private and relatively quiet, the unit is part of a heritage factory building along a narrow street that is tucked away in the heart of Georgetown. Our unit was located on the third level, and we had the whole floor to ourselves. The space was huge, clean and has all the amenities you need. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well, and it’s relatively close to the bus terminal too. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Georgetown!

This place is an absolute gem! You’ll be missing out on an experience if you don’t stay here. I loved every bit of our stay at this beautiful property. We stayed at Teratak Hut- a cozy hut curated beautifully with all modern amenities. Marina is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to help the guests. We will forever be grateful to her for her generosity and hospitality 🙏🏼 We know we don’t have to look for any other place to stay when we visit Langkawi again.

We had a great time here, the location is fantastic, we could walk to lots of great food places and the core Heritage area easily. There were also 2 bicycles provided in the house, which we really appreciated. The house itself is amazing, wonderfully restored. It's cooling and calm inside, just a homely haven. The whole family had a great time here.

a very good address , central on the island, quiet ,peaceful ,sunset at the top! very clean interior, small fridge ,boiler and dishes! it's an address we'll keep , and it's for sure I would come back if I can! an airbnb like little can be found! you have to be motorized, it's better but Roslan if you ask him take care of everything! i highly recommend this property!!!

Slightly off the main road providing a tranquil place to relax when staying in Langkawi. Very big bed and air con worked a treat. 5 or so minutes to the beach and 20 mins from the night market which is excellent and all other guests seemed very chilled as was no late night noise. If you are looking for good value for money this will hit the spot.

Second time staying here. Spacious and clean, was very comfortable for our large group of 9 adults and 2 kids. Quiet area with plenty of parking outside. Nearby shops and stalls within walking distance is a bonus. Thank you for the free snacks, will definitely book again next time we are in Sungai Petani!
