Nick was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was really good and free of clutter. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

I spent two days with my wife at Ranil's apartment. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the description. The location was extremely close to the railway station, bus station and some wonderful restaurants nearby. Ranil was always just a text away to help with any of our needs. We had a wonderful time here and we can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Ranil for being such a wonderful host!

Never have I booked a place that looked so true to the photos! The interior design is beautiful, and the place felt incredibly clean. As described, by others, the AC is powerful and upon reflection, the best I experienced in all of Sri Lanka. The host/building management were very responsive if I needed anything- even a last minute early check in request. Overall, it was everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend!

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. A surprising “Oasis of Peace” in the daily chaos! A spacious, fine and elegant flat as well as brand new! The owner has really thought about everything! Tasteful furnishings, works of art on the walls, very comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom and kitchen...A true luxury ... The palm trees that can be seen from the balconies have inspired magical dreams! To recommend to those who want something special at an affordable price and close to the airport! I loved staying here. A really beautiful and modern apartment in a great location, close to supermarkets and nice cafes/restaurants, and a short tuktuk ride from everywhere else. Felt very safe in the area as a solo female traveller too. Most of all, Prasanna is an incredibly attentive and friendly host. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay, he met me on arrival, gave me recommendations, and any questions I had or anything I needed (even salt and pepper!), he was there to help with immediately. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing (if not better!) and spotlessly clean. The location of the property perfectly located for whatever needed to do. It is about 50 meters from the main road, so you don't hear the noise from the main road. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring a breeze. The nivanka/nadee were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. There was a full time care taker at the property and the Shanika - property manager was very helpful. Whatever questions were resolved over a text message I truly felt at home during my stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again the next time. Thank you, for such a memorable stay!

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

It’s the second time I have stayed at Fazly’s place. I had to change my itinerary for my trip & Fazly was very accommodating in meeting my requests. The check in very easy with great communication & Rashid is there to help you check in. The apartment is exactly as described & is very comfortable. Havelock City has the mall next door with lots of shops & restaurants so making life easier. I would recommend the apartment to all & hoping to stay there again on my next trip.

The host was very nice, the location of the house was very convenient, and the pool underneath the hottest apartment in the city center worked well. The security is also very strict and safe!

I had an amazing 2-day stay at this apartment right across the beach. The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect, with a great bar and restaurant just steps away on the beach. The apartment was spotless, and the host was incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions and provide anything we needed. Despite a countrywide power outage at the time of check-in, the host went above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. Highly recommend staying at Silmiya’s place. The apartment and the block it’s situated in js stunning. The view from the apartment over the Lotus Tower makes the experience more beautiful and magical, especially when it’s lit up at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Essential items were provided to make it a home away from home. Silmiya is an excellent and responsive host.
