Had a great stay at Nick's for almost a month. Always felt safe and at home. Apartment is really spacious and matches the description provided. Little far from the city centre but local transport facility is nearby. Nick is responsive and the care taker is very helpful. Apartment is in a peaceful locality and close to supermarkets and local restaurants.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Luxury apartment in the heart of Colombo. The view from the 26th floor is incredible, with the city and the harbour making for a gorgeous vista, especially at sunset. Thaths was very welcoming and helpful- especially appreciated the essentials like tea and milk. The apartment itself is cozy and luxurious. It's wonderfully decorated and equipped with modern utilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. Location couldn't be better; everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay here again - will definitely be coming back!

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. I had an amazing stay at Vorandhi’s place in Colombo! From the seamless check-in to the spotless, beautifully decorated space, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and strong Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine with great water pressure. The location was perfect—close to top attractions, restaurants, and transport options, yet peaceful. Vorandhi was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful with great local recommendations. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and well appointed apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Colombo surrounded by best restaurants and star class hotels. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Sri Lanka and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you

I stayed at this Airbnb for more than 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The place had everything I needed. private, secure, and fully equipped with all the amenities. It was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

The location and view were perfect, and unit was so cleaned. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Would love to stay again.

The view of the beach from the room and living room was breath taking! kitchen was well equipped. We had no difficulty what so ever during the entire stay. We stayed in multiple resorts and hotels in Sri Lanka. This was hands down one of the best stays we stayed in.

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country.
