Monthly Rentals in Kata Noi Beach

Jonathon’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in Phuket. He had arranged pick up and drop off from the airport for us which was included in our stay. From kitchen to the bedroom everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely like to comeback

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Very nice room, great location, great value for money. You can see Kata Beach from the balcony. It's very spectacular when the weather is good. The staff clean the room every 2-3 days. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean. Because it's on a hillside, there will be some small ants in the room, but it doesn't affect the second floor bedroom. The host is very welcoming and introduces the functional area. Very good accommodation experience. I will go again in the future

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! Stunning views and decor, everything worked, great shower, comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings. I loved everything about the accommodation and location! Kata beach is stunning and peaceful. The host was there to support anytime we needed. I would stay here every single time!
