Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Very good room location Great value for money on the balcony You can see Kata Beach When the weather is good, you can see Kata Beach When the weather is good, the room is cleaned once 2-3 days The room is some old but it is very clean because it is a half slope location, so there will be some small ants in the room, but do not affect the second floor bedroom rest, the host is very enthusiastic introduction The functional area will go again after a very good experience.
